Please note the following schedule for our outdoor pool availability:

Pool Closed: Until July 20th
Pool Open: From July 20th to Labor Day Weekend
Pool Closed: After Labor Day until Memorial Day 2025

The pool will be available for guests from July 20th to Labor Day Weekend. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues.

This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, a seasonally heated indoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Enjoy a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant. The spacious conference room is the ideal accommodation for your next event or meeting. Upon entering SunDestin 603, you will feel right at home, while being able to experience breathtaking sixth-floor views of the Gulf of Mexico. To the left of the entrance, you will find the bedroom featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and comfortable bedding, along with direct entrance to the bathroom. A set of twin-sized bunk beds is nestled in the hallway, providing the perfect area for the kids to unwind.

Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen with elegant black granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances provides the perfect space for making home-cooked meals or quick snacks to take down to the beach. The dining table seats four guests. Step into the spacious living room featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and DVD player, along with two comfortable couches, ideal for relaxing with your loved ones after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.

Sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the living room and balcony, with seating for four. Sip on your morning coffee while listening to the tranquil sounds of the waves in the morning and experience an unforgettable view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico in the evening. This lovely one-bedroom, sixth-floor vacation rental offers cozy sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a set of twin beds in the hallway, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
