The Space:

Located on shores of the Emerald Coast, SunDestin Beach Resort is right in the middle of everything Destin has to offer. There are many on-site amenities including an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, and more. Seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals. The Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24-hour desk in the lobby.



SunDestin 1001 is a spacious two-bedroom, two bath corner condo. Upon entry, you'll see the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals and features stainless steel appliances. There’s seating for three at the bar and six at the dining room table. The sofa in the living area is a great spot to wind down after a day exploring the Destin area. Get a DVD in the lobby to enjoy- they’re included in your stay. Through the sliding glass door is the balcony with seating to enjoy morning coffee while taking in the panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom can be accessed from the balcony and has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bath. The guest bed has two twin beds and a private bath as well. In the living room, the sofa turns into a queen-sized bed, meaning this two-bedroom condo sleeps six guests total: it’s a perfect family-friendly escape.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



Less than five miles from SunDestin Beach Resort is multiple golf courses, restaurants, and attractions. Spend a day off the sand at Big Kahuna’s Waterpark or The Track Destin- they’re both less than a mile from the resort. During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
