SunDestin Beach Resort is located directly on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. With a 24 hour on-site desk, the Scenic Stays team is always available for anything you need. SunDestin 307 welcomes you with the bedroom and bathroom at the front of the condo, and a fully equipped kitchen and living area with fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to whip up breakfast, lunch or dinner. The dining and living area both have plenty of space for guests, with a table for four and two sofas, plus a large TV where you can enjoy the complimentary DVD rentals that come with your stay. Directly off the living area, the balcony offers the best views and has seating for two to listen to the crashing waves.

The living room offers a queen-sized sofa bed and a king-sized bed sits in the master, so there’s enough room for four guests in this updated one-bedroom unit. The whole condo has been updated and wall to wall windows in the common area means you can’t miss the view.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
