CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

SunDestin Beach Resort is a gulf front property and is sure to become your favorite vacation spot in Destin, FL. The Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24-hour on-site front desk. Some of the many resort amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, a fitness center, and meeting space. Additional seasonal amenities include beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). Exploring the Destin area is a must, with shopping and restaurants just minutes away at Destin Commons.

SunDestin 103 is a renovated one bedroom, one bathroom condo that sits poolside, and is just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. A fully equipped, updated kitchen opens to the living and dining areas. There’s plenty of room for everyone in the common areas with a breakfast bar in the kitchen, a large dining room table for six and cozy seating in the living space. Step onto the balcony for even more seating. Enjoy the gulf breeze and a meal with everyone around the table out here. Six guests can sleep comfortably in this condo with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living area, plus a twin bunk in the entry hall.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
