This gorgeous 12th Floor 3 BR 3 BA 2450 sq ft luxury unit with 10 foot ceilings is located at the Hidden Dunes Beach Resort Complex which is directly ocean front on the Gulf of Mexico. The views from this 12th floor condo are amazing. There is a new private grill on the balcony just outside the master bedroom sliding glass door. Master Suite has a KING Bed & En-suite Bath, 2nd Master BR 2 QUEEN Beds & private bath, 3rd BR 2 QUEEN SIZE Beds adjoining bath. The living room has a pull out QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER.

We rent to families with no cash security deposit required so you can spend that money on vacation. Under 25 a $500 Security Deposit is required and will be refunded with-in 21 business days of departure date if there are no problems. State, County, and City taxes are included in the rates.

The resort charges a one time $50 registration fee at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands,

Jetski rentals and Parasailing available on site.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
