Bright and airy, this studio is furnished with all your basic necessities.
The studio has an open-planned layout and the kitchen and main living space is separated by a tall bar table where you can enjoy your meals.
In the main living space you'll find a simple sofa that pulls out into a double sofa bed. The sofa bed is fitted with hotel quality linens to ensure your comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod-cons you'll need to whip up a fresh meal.
There is 1 bathroom, and it has a shower, toilet and basin. We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The studio is at the junction between the old châtillon and the metro station. There are several restaurants and shops nearby.

The studio is close to the Metro line 13 Châtillon-Montrouge and Tram T6 station.
If you drove, you can easily find a parking space on the street.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
