We have stayed at other units in this resort before, but this was by far the best. The unit is excellent and we had a wonderful stay. Very clean, modern touches and had everything you could possibly need and then some. I especially appreciated the beach supplies….so easy to enjoy some rest and relaxation. Location just can’t be beat. The owners were very responsive to all communication; couldn’t ask for anything more. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much!

We had the best stay. I had stayed in various rooms over the years at these buildings and this was by far the best. The air conditioner kept us cool, the view was amazing, and had everything we needed. Chairs for the beach, umbrella, and wagon for the beach truly helped more than anything. Not to mention a comfy bed to crawl into at the end of a long day. We will definitely be booking this room again!

Awesome studio condo, perfect for couples and small families. The bed was so comfortable. The views were amazing and we loved that the rental came with beach chairs, a wagon, coolers, and an umbrella. There was some construction going on around the property however the condo is on the top floor and well insulated so it didn't disturb our sleep. The hosts were great at communication.

Beautiful stay here! Top floor with an amazing view. It’s so welcoming upon arrival, there are small details that really make you feel set for a great stay. We had a cancelled flight to get there and the communication with the host was absolutely amazing.There is construction going on at this entire property - as well as the building. We came last year and stayed in a different condo in the same building and you can tell so much work has already been done, it looks so great! The construction did not bother us, we are excited for them to rebuild!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bonita Springs at Steve's property. The room was perfect with awesome views and very comfortable furnishings. The kitchen had everything we could need for meals. Ongoing construction was communicated to us well in advance which we appreciated so much. Restock of fresh washcloths for the bathroom was accidentally forgotten and Steve replaced them right away. When work calls us back to this area, Steve's condo will be one of the first we look for!

Traveling as a family of three, two adults and a three year old. The space was comfortable for the 3 of us! I wanted a place that overlooked the ocean and provided beach chairs/umbrella/cooler, so we didn't have to pack it, and this place delivered on both! It was a quick walk from the condo/pool to the beach, which we made multiple times with a 3 year old. We also liked the kids pool!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach & Tennis Club. The location is perfect, just steps to the beach. I loved having morning coffee on the balcony with stunning views of the gulf. The king bed was very comfortable. Owner was communicative and accommodating. Definitely would stay again.

I have rented units at the Bonita Springs Beach and Tennis club for years and this unit was best by far. The response time to inquiries was in minutes, including let us check in early on day we arrived and an unsolicited offer to stay later on check out date. Unit was clean, furniture new and full kitchen with everything you might need. The beach is right across the street - maybe a 2 minute walk and there is beach bar there as well. I would highly recommend.
