With one of a kind contemporary coastal design, infusing modern Mexican design & organic details the villa complements the natural backdrop & ocean view.

As you enter, there is a two-story waterfall, beside steps to the main open concept living / entertaining area with views across the infinity pool.

The spacious main level terrace includes outdoor living & dining, the heated infinity pool & spa tub, plus sun lounges.

The main villa has 4 spacious Bedrooms, 2 Master suites & 2 generous guest suits on the level below Main, all have ocean views balconies & ensuite bathrooms.

This listing shows the price for 6 bedrooms with a maximum of 12 people, if you want to rent 5 or 7 bedrooms please contact your agent for a special quotation. All rentals are fully private.

You must experience Villa Ventana - it is amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. Our group of 12 family and friends recently stayed at Villa Ventana, and it will be a vacation that we won't forget! The views are absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning vistas that made every moment special. The property itself was spotlessly clean and exuded luxury in every detail. This home is perfect for friends and family gatherings, providing ample space and amenities for everyone to enjoy.The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to Daniel and Yoshi! The food and drinks were exceptional, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes, adding an extra touch of indulgence to our stay. One thing to note is that the location is quite steep for walking if you want to head into town, but it's absolutely doable and well worth the effort for the amazing views and serene environment. Plus, it's still conveniently close to all the city activities, sightseeing, culture, and vibrant nightlife.Overall, I highly recommend Villa Ventana for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious getaway.

This is EPIC- book it!

A group of friends & I came to this villa not sure what to expect due to the limited reviews (I usually only Book VRBO’s with double digits+ reviews). However the communication & help between Roberto the manager helped ease my worries & once we arrived at the property, I knew we had just discovered a GEM. This property is MORE gorgeous than the pictures. The view is absolutely breathe taking & the location is unbeatable. It’s super close to town (we walked & enjoyed the hike back up the hill, but taxis are available for those with kiddos or who don’t enjoy a little vertical climb). The view is breathtaking. There are fireworks every night. Literally BEST vacation ever. The rooms are large, beds comfortable & pillows decent (I’m very picky with pillows, so that’s a high review from me). The place was very clean minus the bugs (which is hard to control with the beautiful windows being open) & the staff helps clean those up every morning. The staff, Mo, Alexa, Daniel, Yoshi & the cleaning crew were ALL amazing! They were so friendly, made great food & drinks & truly helped us feel like we were on the most luxurious vacation. The only “issue” we had were some problems with internet, the air conditioners in just 2 rooms going out & some miscommunication issues, but all things were resolved in a timely manner & could hardly be considered something that we will even remember in the grand scheme of things. We will Definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

Awesome Rental!

Really glad we chose this place. Incredible views from every bedroom, great staff with hotel level service, and a chef that cooked delicious meals daily. There is even a newly installed gym with great equipment. I highly recommend this rental. The only suggestion would be to have more portable fans during the summer months, but apart from that, we had an amazing week here!
