The Villa experience is barefoot luxe, step out to a sandy beach, or enjoy the infinity pool & ocean views from your private terrace. The villa includes full staff & all the comfort & amenities for a perfect getaway, all within a few minutes’ drive to the Bohemian charm of the Romantic Zone & Los Muertos Beach. The villa design is a relaxed Hacienda with a focus on indoor /outdoor living with breathtaking views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Available as 4 or 5 Bedrooms, with 4 Bedrooms in the main, villa & 5th Bedroom one level below.
The Villa is part of a 2 Villa walled complex, the 2 villas are designed to be completely private & self-contained, just sharing the common elevator to the lower level for Beach Access. The Villa Marea Alta is the upper villa and it is a bit more private looking across the romantic architectural details of the cupulas on the rooftop of Villa Marea Baja
The villa has recently suffered a very impressive renovation & refresh. The new version is more open & lighter with new living furniture both, indoor & outdoor.

The Best Vacation Of Our Lives!

This house is so much more than just a place to stay. My family and I truly felt at home in this incredible villa. And it's not just because of how comfortable the beds, rooms, and living spaces are. Concierge Diego, Chef Sylvia, and Senora Sandra TRULY put so much love into everything they do and it shows in the care of the property and it's guests and in the way they work with each other to create the best experience possible. By the time we left, we were calling Sylvia "Tia Sylvia". Seriously, they felt like familia. Our trip included a fishing trip and Sylvia wasted no time asking how we want the fish prepared. She made the most incredible ceviche (of course) as well as some sashimi and all the delicious sauces to go with it. The breakfasts, the dinners, the love! It was all so amazing! Diego is always listening to the needs around the house. He was incredibly helpful with recommendations, with keeping the good times going, and seriously bringing the whole experience together with a beautiful bow. We also brought an 11, 12, and 15 year old on the trip with us and they loved having the easy beach access and their own space to stay with the 5th bedroom with it's own living space. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING far exceeded my expectations of what this experience would be. I highly recommend this property to anyone and can say with all certainty that I will be back. ... Adults only next time! ;-p

The properties we offer have something in common: Beautiful, well located, Mexican style decorated, and ample spaces for your comfort. Our Concierge will meet you at the airport and provide to you a private transfer to the villa where our staff will welcome you with snacks and drinks. Then, they will show you the rooms and you can make your selection. Our butler will take your luggage to each of your rooms. We want each day of your stay to be carefully planned with the help of our Concierge. He/she will guide you through his/her experienced knowledge for choosing the most relevant activities that are to your liking. For your comfort and safety, we will provide you a complimentary round trip airport transfers.
