Grand Life Cottage: Save 15% Off 3+ Day Stay! “Grand Life Cottage” is a 2100 sq ft, 3 br, 3.5 ba home with amazing views of ponds, streams, waterfalls and Grand Lake. The cottage features one master suites with king bed, a second master suite w/ 2 queen beds and a secondary suite with one queen bed and two built in twin bunks. All beds have memory foam mattresses. Grand Life Cottage is conveniently located next to the community pool in a premium gated complex about 30 yards from the lake. The home has an open floor plan, cozy living room with plenty of seating, large dining room, premium furniture, gas fireplace logs, fully stocked kitchen, large hot tub, outdoor fire pit and dining table w/ umbrella, gas grill, fishing, community pool and available on-site boat rentals. There are 3 boat docks available for guest to park their boats on the outside of docks, the covered boat slips are owned and occupied by homeowners and not available for guests. There is a grocery and hardware store 1/8 mile away. Also we now have recommended in-rental home provisions, chef and massage therapy services available! Details available after booking! Note: South Shore is in final development and construction maybe preset in areas.

Great Home in a Nice Community!

We stayed with our family for 4th of July weekend and the home was clean, A/C was very cool and we were located right next door to the pool which was never very crowded. We would definitely stay here again with the family!

Great location for large groups

We had a large group and it accommodated us well! The property manager was available if we needed anything and was quick to respond. Not far from the marina so was perfect for a trip to the lake.

Great getaway

Lovely quiet neighborhood with lake access. Having a pool, hot tub and fire pit made for relaxing evenings. Would stay again.

Stylish, Convenient, Comfy, Well Stocked

I would definitely recommend this property and plan on staying again! The place was beautiful, the beds and linens were very nice, and the location was excellent. We used the fire pit for smores, enjoyed the pool next door, and also rented the pontoon for the day. We had a wonderful trip!

Amazing Home

The communication between the owner and the check in process was amazing. The home was exactly like the pictures. More than enough space for two families. Good location, close to the water, next to the pool and the little ponds were stuffed with small fish that kept the kids entertained for hours! Nothing bad to say about this place. We would book here again in second! Plan on coming back next year!

Perfect family vacation spot

The in-laws pooled their vacation budget with ours and we had a great time at a much nicer place than we would do on our own. We rented the pontoon boat one day and it was fun for both the 17 and the 9 year old. The back porch with hot tub and fire pit were a hit every night. The pool was fun too. Beautiful area with fishing for the kiddos and grand parents right out the back door. Great photo location for the high school senior too. All around just perfect. Super nice place, clean, high end furnishings and appliances, everyone enjoyed it.

Beautiful home

My daughters, soon to be daughter in law and I went for a relaxing weekend before wedding. This home was beautiful, comfortable & had everything we needed! Was in a great location to grocery store, lake & restaurants! The communication with host was excellent! He responded immediately when we had a question about fire place. He sent all the information we needed right away & the book they have at home gave you all the information you needed for the house & things to do! We had a fabulous weekend & would definitely go back! Thank you so much!’

Enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I rented this cottage with our daughter’s family over the 4th of July weekend. It was very well supplied with all the necessities, as well as some added bonuses like keurig cups and s’more ingredients. The owner went out of his way to ensure we had a prime spot to watch the local fireworks display. We also rented the owner’s pontoon boat. There’s a tram down to the dock which made it easy to get down there. The owner was very informative and easy to work with. We would definitely like to stay in one of his properties on a return visit.

Wonderful Property

The house was better than the pictures! It was spotless and has an exceptionally well stocked kitchen. While the furnishing are beautiful, they are also comfortable. The property manager was great and provided a helpful introduction to the property. The was exceptionally responsive and wants guests to enjoy their stay. If we return to the Grand Lakes area, we will definitely reserve one of the two properties he owns.

Superior stay!

The property owner was great at communicating with me and offering help to get settled. They had everything covered right down to every detail to make the stay comfortable and convenient!! Perfect stay on Grand Lake! Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect place to stay at Grand Lake!

We rented this cottage along with the owner's bigger house for a family reunion. It was PERFECT! This house has everything you could want, and is beautifully furnished with high end furniture and appliances. A fire pit and hot tub too. There are ponds in the neighborhood for fishing and the house includes fishing poles. This cottage also has a "Sonic ice maker", which I loved! We had 4 adults in this cottage, but it could have slept several more- one bedroom includes 2 cute built in beds along with the big bed. And the cottage is right next to the neighborhood pool, which was very convenient. We also rented the owner's pontoon boat- what a blast! Our kids (and adults) loved the raft we could pull behind it, as well as the floating mat that comes with it. The neighborhood lighthouse has a tram to help you take people/things down to the dock, and also steps you can climb for a beautiful view of the lake. There is a great grocery store really close by for anything you could want, and restaurants to drive to or take the boat to. Mike, the owner, was so helpful every step of the way- from planning to showing us everything we needed to know about the houses and boat, to last minute restaurant recommendations. He was super nice and ready to help at anytime. We highly recommend this cottage, as well as the pontoon boat and nearby bigger house- it was all even better than we expected and we definitely plan to return!

Excellent House & Host!

Perfect getaway for my family on spring break. The owner was very responsive and helpful. House was clean and very nice amenities. Loved the ice machine in the bar area, planning to buy one for myself now!

We call our home and this community "Our Happy Place", we love this community so much that we have bought a second home to share with the vacation rental community. We purchased "Grand Life Cottage" in October of 2020, and have worked very hard over the last few months to make this home comfortable for us and our guests!
