The villa in Périgord Vert is a single storey villa of 300m2, comfortable and spacious Accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The 8 guests will enjoy 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including 2 parental suites, a very large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen.
In the rooms are provided sheets, towels and bath sheet (for the pool)
Air conditioning by the floor.
Outside a garden of 3000 m2 fully enclosed will allow you to rest or play in peace.
Village side you will find a covered terrace with summer kitchen: barbecue, plancha, refrigerator, ice maker. A large table for meals.
On the pool side, a table awaits you under the pergola.
On the large terrace, a garden furniture welcomes you next to the pool.
Private salt water pool, heated 10X5, deckchairs, umbrellas.
Activities at your disposal:
Ping-pong, petanque, volleyball, badminton, darts, Breton puck, Molki.

Our villa is located in the green Périgord in a charming little quiet village. In the nearby surroundings, you will find the typical villages of Périgord vert (Brantôme, St Jean de Côle, Nontron...), castles (Bourdeilles, Mareuil, Richemont, Beauvais, Puyguilhem,..) monuments, sports activities (lakes, canoeing, hiking, karting, tree climbing, visit caves...)
A 1h30 drive, the Périgord Noir with its archaeological sites, castles, gardens, caves, remarkable cities, sports activities.
