Our villa is designed for comfort and ease. The living area features ample seating, a dining space, and a 52" Smart TV with HD service. The fully stocked kitchen includes all appliances, cookware, and a Keurig duo coffee pot to make meal prep a breeze.

Another fabulous stay at Villa 504

Our seventh or eighth stay at this beautiful villa! This trip was very special as our grown kids and significant others were able to spend some time with us. We enjoyed returning to some favorite spots as well as trying new places. Megan makes it so easy by reading through her book of recommendations. Having the ground floor villa right next to the pedestrian bridge is so convenient. Our absolute favorite place ❤️

We stayed at the Sand Dollar Villa for a few nights in August. The villa was absolutely perfect! Very clean, tastefully decorated, convenient to the pedestrian bridge and appointed with all the conveniences you should need. We will definitely stay here again when we return to PCB.

Family Vacation!

Everything was perfect, definitely recommend. Condo/resort was on point. On-site restaurant was excellent. Felt safe enough to give our tweens some independence around the resort and the pool. Loved it here and would absolutely book at the Sand Dollar Villa again! Our new home away from home…

Wonderful condo

Great updated condo in a wonderful golf community. The updated kitchen and baths were a big plus. Plus having the Keurig coffee maker already there was a bonus. We spent the money for the monthly golf and enjoyed at least twice a week golf. The activities are good. Water aerobics (in a heated pool) kept us moving. I would book this condo again.

Fantastic Beach Condo – Perfect Location and Comfort

I recently stayed at this beach condo and had a wonderful experience. The location couldn’t have been more convenient — it was just a very short walk to both the beach and the convention center, which made everything super easy whether I was headed out for meetings or just looking to relax by the ocean. There was even a transit service offered that made the short walk to the beach even quicker, which was a great bonus. The condo itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. It had some really nice updates that made the space feel modern, comfortable, and inviting. Everything was clean and well-appointed, and it had all the essentials for a stress-free stay. Plus, it’s close to restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment, so there was always something to do nearby. I didn’t need to drive much, which made the trip feel even more like a true getaway. Overall, this condo was a perfect mix of location, convenience, and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again!
