The house was phenomenal. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds. The maintenance team was on point when we had a concern. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The pool was beautiful and had plenty of chairs and outdoor activities. The grill and outdoor dining table were perfect for our group. The inside was as pretty as the pictures and everything was clean and in great shape. We noticed two small issues when we checked in I just wanted to make them aware of and a handy man was there the next morning to fix everything. This house made our stay at Anna Maria island wonderful.

Yearly Anna Maria family trip

Great house in the perfect location. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby. The house was beautiful and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay again.

After driving for 18 hours, and both of my children flying with a few layovers, everyone was exhausted and longed for a shower. However there was no hot water, and we had to wait until the next afternoon to shower, not to mention, two different maintenance men came to the house, which made all of us apprehensive to talk about anything as the men were required to work inside the house to fix it. Additionally, despite our attempts to clean the pool, it was not possible y a net to reach the bottom and by the next day the pool had multiple green spots.

Hi, there was a problem with the tankless water heater. Like all houses, things break. We were there the next day to get it fixed. We do not see any notes about you having a pool issue during your stay. The pools are serviced weekly and we would have called for an additional service had we known. Thanks, Sato Real Estate.

Mothers 60th birthday

This was an exceptional property! We loved every square inch. It is so close to so many good restaurants and shopping. The beach is extremely close too!! The elevator was great for my parents.

Fantastic home!

We’ve stayed in many homes on Anna Maria Island but this one was but far the best! The location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping was great as well as the access to the water on the canal. We LOVED the backyard and pool. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more! We will definitely be back!

Grand home on AMI

Great experience. We had a mild issue with the AC right as we checked in but Sato fixed it right away. Beautiful home with a fantastic location. An AMI gem.

Wow & Wow! Peaceful perfect canal home on Willow!

Overall we give this home a 20/10! A without a doubt. Clean, perfect layout. Nice private master bedroom on the top floor. Spacious and beautiful views of the large backyard & canal. Luxury fixtures all throughout home, relaxing pool & spa. Definitely perfect for a family of 5-8 people. Or a few couples. Definitely want to rebook this property. AMI is fantastic!

Beautiful Property With Disappointment

Our entrance into this beautiful home was just as expected, stunning and unique. Our experience here slowly soured as our days passed with the perfect ending summing up our experience. We entered the home to find the entrance foyer dirty overall and rushed. The rest of the home had many missed detalis in its cleaning and with the expectations to price, it could have been much better. We ended our trip with taking off the sheets from each bed to find blood and urine stains on a few of the matress pads, a lazy turn to what even 3 star motels can handle. Its a shame the rental experience was soiled due to the carelessness of its owners overlooking one of the most important deatils of a rental. CLEANING YOUR PROPERTY!!!

Hi Jadwiga, So sorry to hear you were disappointed in your stay. Had you called the office upon arrival we would have immediately sent a cleaner over to address your issues. Now that you have brought items to our attention, we will be taking care of these things immediately. We pride ourselves in our customer service. There are numerous reviews stating our "customer service is top notch" ... "issues handled immediately" Our property managers take very good care of guests. In ending this response, we cannot state strongly enough...call us with any issues! Our office is local - right here on Pine Ave in Anna Maria.

We love AMI (Anna Maria Island)

What an amazing house, it was actually better than advertised. The entire outdoor living area was amazing, the pool and hot tub were beautiful. The fire pit, ping pong table, outdoor TV and sitting areas really gave everyone something to do. My only complaint is that the elevator only worked about 20% of the time and this made it a little tough for me staying in the master bedroom on the 3rd floor, but it did not ruin our stay at all. The folks at SATO Real Estate were super to work with from beginning to end and made our trip smooth
