We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Rennes, 2 steps of the underground Anatole France and the CHU of Pontchaillou, this charming flat with wifi (optical fibre), of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers.

Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it consists of a nice living room of 40 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a terrace of 14m² with garden furniture.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with TV
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, combined oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A living room with 1 electric queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower, WC

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair and baby bed.

A common laundry room is available on the ground floor with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 14m² terrace with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy the nice days

The flat is ideally located close to the CHU of Pontchaillou, directly accessible by a pedestrian bridge at 300 meters.
This flat occupies the first floor of a detached house.
There is a well known butcher's shop around the corner offering take-away food. On both sides of the Boulevard de Verdun you will find bakeries, a biocoop and a carrefour market at 300m.
La Poupée qui couse is a very pleasant and cheap neighbourhood restaurant (open at lunchtime only and by reservation as it is very popular)

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park on the street (paying parking).
