There is a kitchen equipped, with an electric stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and other utilities for your usage.
There is a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen tv where you can relax after a day in the city.
A nice dining table is also available for your usage, where you can have a delicious homemade meal with your family and friends.
The bed comes with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay.
Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment.
Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

In the eclectic 17th arr., hip young locals hang out at trendy bars on Place de Clichy square, while tourists visit the stately Musée national Jean-Jacques Henner and its 19th-century portraits. Batignolles district, home to narrow streets packed with shops, wine bars, and eateries, draws bohemian crowds. Nearby, imposing boulevards converge at Place Charles de Gaulle, the starting point of the Champs Elysées.

Many places in Paris are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest Metro stop: Péreire Levallois (line 3): (6 min walking)

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
