It's true. We are not playing musical chairs on the sand! Two bedrooms are being rented, why not four chairs? No lugging four chairs and two umbrellas up and down the elevators across the boardwalk and back to the condo. When you get to the sand, where do you set the chairs and umbrellas? You can take a quick stroll with your drink, towel and sunglasses and settle in for toes in the sand. March through October service includes four chairs and two umbrellas. Wow, you'll save $90 a day because the chair service is included with this condo.

Vacations are a time to reminisce, laugh, and enjoy each other's camaraderie. Families, friends, and romantics will all appreciate the 1,450-foot space. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
