Great stay!

This was a quiet, clean condo with a great view/lanai overlooking the golf course on down to the ocean. Waikoloa village is a bit off the beaten path but reasonably close to the big resorts on the Kona coast. Had a lovely vacation with this as our home base!

This property is reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable! While it isn’t a beachfront property, there are several beaches to choose from within a 20 minute drive. It was quiet and the unit was stocked with everything we needed.

Property was clean and well maintained. Beautiful view from the lanai. They even had beach stuff and coolers available for the guests which I appreciated even though I didn't use. Would stay again if I was in the area.

The beautiful condo at Waikoloa Viilas E-7 was top notch. It was very clean and inviting with every amenity you could think of including beach equipment. We loved the welcoming fruit basket. My wife and I stayed in this condo for 3 weeks. Great location on the golf course. The unit had everything we needed for a great holday ... beach chairs, umbrella, insulated cooler bag, boogie boards, snorkel gear and even a decent set of golf clubs. Kitchen had everything that we needed. The king size bed was of good quality providing us with a good rest at the end of our fun filled days. Our host, Kerrie, was responsive and accomodating.

Great anniversary trip

Husband and I stayed here to celebrate our annniversary. Had the sweetest welcome basket/card when we arrived at our condo. Everything you could possibly need for the beach is already provided and the on-site pool/hot tub was awesome as well! Property manager Kerrie was super easy to contact and communicate with, a huge plus in my book! Loved the location of the property as well, short drive to just about anywhere. Would absolutely stay here again, loved it!!!

Great location and great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wiakoloa Village property. Kitchen was very well appointed, living area spacious, great shower and bedroom area. The location of Wiakoloa Village is great for seeing the island. Close enough to Queen's Marketplace and King's Shops and restaurants, but close to the Saddle Road and access to Kona, Hilo and Wiamea. Not crowded at all like the resort areas and the complex was very quiet and inviting. Kerry was great to work with for sure and communication with her was great! 5 stars all the way!

Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I worked as a Controller and provided accounting services for a couple of local property management companies. After 25 years behind a desk, it was time to get out and enjoy all that Hawaii has to offer.

My husband and I moved to Hawaii from Alaska in 2007 once our son enlisted in the United States Navy. We decided it was time for a warmer adventure!

During my time in Alaska, while earning my BA in Accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage, I worked in all aspects of accounting for a world class ski resort. After receiving my degree, I was promoted as a Controller for a 5-star hotel in Anchorage.

Being in the hospitality industry for the past 28 years, I have learned how to provide all my guests with excellent service. I enjoy welcoming back all my returning guests and meeting all the new guests that will be staying with me.
