Just finished our 3rd stay at this beautiful well maintained home. Everything was perfect. Always spotlessly clean! Amy responds quickly to any questions. The most perfect spot on the lake with everything you need.

We have been coming to this house for years now. Love the layout, super easy for my 81 year old to have access to everything inside and out. The house is ALWAYS stocked with essentials, dish soaps, hand soaps, laundry detergent etc. Making packing for a week long trip super easy. Can't wait to come back again next year!

10/10 – A Perfect Lakefront Retreat!We had a wonderful week at Amy’s beautiful home! Exactly as advertised, this is a meticulously well-maintained, beautifully laid out property—not a musty converted camp, but a comfortable, inviting, and elegant home that is a perfect setting for a family get-together. Details follow:The Host & LocationAmy is an excellent, highly responsive host who ensured a completely seamless check-in and check-out process. The location is fantastic and close to Chestertown amenities. We highly recommend visiting the Tops grocery store, getting takeout from Tommy Gun North Pizza, and driving west to Stone Bridge Ice Cream (there are plenty of roadside firewood stands on the way there!) – all a short ride from the house. Our entire group agreed that this home and property are a true ten out of ten. (Some insisted eleven out of ten.) We would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our second year staying at Peaceful Waters and everything was perfect. The house is just beautiful. Clean and comfortable and probably one of the most beautiful spots on the lake. I spent most of my time on the new spot down by the beach on a lounge chair. Beautiful views. The fishing was great too!

Lovely home on a beautiful lake

This is the second time we stayed at this beautiful lake house. The location cannot be beat as it is right on a sandy beach perfect for little kids. The house is comfortable and clean with lovely decor. This house is perfect for a family getaway.

My family has been staying at loon lake for 50+ years. This was the best home any of my family had ever stayed at. Clean, amazing beach and every thing you’d ever want from an Adirondack home.

Our living room aesthetic reflects an Adirondack motif employing Stickley craftsman furniture known for its comfort. The furnishings are accurately portrayed in the photos as well as the descriptor. Unfortunately, a reclining futon or pullout couch could be construed by the regulators as an attempt to circumvent our occupancy which is limited to 8 ppl.

A Great Week with Family

We had a fantastic week! The house is in a perfect location. The lake view is beautiful. The private beach was great! We had lots of fun with the canoe and kayaks and every night was spent around the firepit. Lots of family memories were made.

Perfect Family Location

Everything was perfect from the communication with Amy to the property itself. The yard was sandy which was perfect for lawn games (corn hole was provided). We spent the majority of the vacation out by the lake.

Very beautiful property, well managed with outdoor activities right there. The property manager and the owner responded immediately to a issue with the hot water and sent a plumber to fix it.

Loon Lake getaway 2023

This is our 2nd summer in a row at this same property We love it! The property has amazing views of the lake. It is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding and my kids enjoyed fishing. A very peaceful and relaxing place! Would love to rent again for the next summer!

Family Get Away

We totally enjoyed the beach front property on Loon Lake. We had a 4 year old who was constantly in the water. There was plenty of space to spread out. Hiking trails were available to those who were interested.
