A wonderful stay from start to finish

We have rented a lot of properties, and many in this area. The owners are welcoming and responsive. The home is clean, open and peaceful. This is the best location we have stayed at in the area, with easy access to all the events in the area. We enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back in the future.

Simply The Best!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The lovely and spacious house is in a quiet location, well maintained and thoughtfully stocked. The real gem is the host. I can’t say enough good things about Vic so won’t even try. Just know he is extremely responsive to your needs, and crazy generous. We only book with Super Hosts and Vic blows them all out of the water. Many thanks to you Vic for making our time in the desert that much more enjoyable.

Welcome Home!

From the moment we walked into this beautiful property we felt at home! Clean, spacious, lots of natural light. Quiet cul de sac, lovely backyard, pool and hot tub! A beautiful, well written guide accompanied the garage door opener with all the details required to operate everything from the television to the hot tub. Owner was readily available and all questions were answered promptly. Nicely equipped with kitchen equipment and utensils. Would not hesitate to book again! Would love our Iowa home to be just like this beauty, and to have the owners as neighbors❤️ Loved It All!

Beautiful Palm Desert Home

We’ve just returned from a month relaxing in Vic and Salpi’s Palm Desert home with visits from our kids and grandchildren. As others have mentioned, their home is in an ideal location in a quiet neighbourhood, close to food shopping and a very short drive to El Paseo and other restaurants. The most memorable aspect to our vacation was the outstanding hospitality of our hosts. From the food and other supplies that were provided on our arrival, to various games and toys that were organized for the grandkids. We’ve been fortunate over the years to enjoy quite a few rental properties in the desert, but the thoughtfulness of Vic and Salpi in the preparation of their home and the ease of communication, was unmatched. We would love to be able to return someday.

Hugh & Heather were the perfect guests! It was an absolute pleasure hosting this lovely couple and their Family at our home. We had the pleasure of meeting Hugh and Heather during a short visit to the Desert and felt right away that our home would be well taken care of during their stay. They went above and beyond with leaving our home in the same impeccable condition as we prepared it prior to their stay. Amazing Experience in Palm Desert

This was our first time to the Palm Desert area and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The hosts were generous and very kind. The house was stocked for our arrival which made us feel instantly at home. The house is in a perfect location close to Bristol Farms market and El Paseo. The house is incredibly comfortable, clean and spacious with high ceilings and a huge walk-in closet. The furnishings are all new and very comfortable. The back yard and pool are perfect with a new gas grill. The pool is maintained and serviced twice per week and the jacuzzi works perfectly. The landscaping is beautiful and also maintained weekly. When we come back to the area we will return to this property for sure.

Perfect family home

From start to finish, a wonderful experience and marvelous hosts, Vic and Salpi made our time here very special. The home is bright, open and airy with an exceptional master suite. White bedding and white towels are always a plus. The kitchen and living areas are well equipped and open for entertaining with views to the pool and outside areas. Televisions in every room and well appointed secondary bedrooms throughout. The location is so central and convenient - best we’ve ever had in the Palm Springs area. Can’t say enough great things about the response time and communication with Vic… an excellent host on all counts - accomodating, kind and generous. We will definitely be back. *Fabulous 5 Week Stay*

Beautiful modern home with the most accommodating hosts! Staying here made our much needed getaway to the Desert everything we hoped for and more. The house has everything you could possibly need. The furnishings are new, beds and sofa are comfy, TVs in every room are large with all the tech you need to stream your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully stocked, also very spacious for just hanging out around the Island. The master suite is simply gorgeous and all the bedrooms and bathrooms have a generous supply of linens, towels and toiletries. The yard, pool and hot tub are very private and the covered lounging area is perfect for afternoon happy hour. The neighborhood is quiet and safe to go for morning walks or bike rides. Not only is the home perfect but hosts Vic and Salpi are amazing, quick to respond to any questions and gracious to provide the little extras to enhance our stay. We highly recommend this property!

Diane and her Husband Wayne were and absolute joy to host at our Palm Desert home. From the very beginning of our communications prior to their booking, we already had a great feeling about this lovely couple. In anticipation of their arrival we genuinely wanted to go above and beyond by enhancing our list of amenities. They have a wonderful spirit that exudes kindness. Our home was in pristine condition after their departure. Wayne tended to minor fixes at the home out of his own gesture. They even put in the extra effort during the checkout process and completed tasks that we typically ask our cleaning crew to take care of. Any host fortunate enough to get an inquiry or booking from Diane & Wayne should take it in full confidence! We would be honored to have them back in the near future. Paradise in the Palms

Staying at Vic’s Palm Springs Diamondback property for the month of January 2023 was simply paradise. Even before we arrived, Vic was unbelievably helpful communicating what to expect and answering our questions. Once we arrived, there was a welcome basket of exquisite sweet and savory treats. WOW! From there it continued to get even better with the house being immaculate, the beds and pillows being hotel-quality and a lot of extras like a stocked pantry & fridge. Not to mention, the backyard pool is truly a private oasis. It is obvious Vic really cares about his clients…like we are his friends rather than just renters of his home. I can honestly say I have never been treated as well nor had such a wonderful experience renting a home (and I have rented all over the country). If you have the opportunity to stay at one of Vic’s properties, you will not be disappointed I assure you.

Amazing house and location!

This was our first time renting for an entire month in this area and we are so very glad we chose this house! It was such a great experience…kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, towels and linens were great, pool was amazing. The owner covered every detail, and was very accessible for any questions. The attention to detail and extra steps taken were noticed and appreciated! Location was ideal…shopping within minutes, and centrally located whether you wanted to visit Palm Springs or LaQuinta. We love this area and can’t wait to go back again!
