Featuring four bedrooms and three baths, this home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests. Upon entering the home, you are greeted with an open concept layout with the kitchen, living room, and dining area, giving you a large gathering space for your group. Warm up to a new gas fireplace in the main living room. You will also find one bedroom on the main floor. The guest bedroom on the main floor features a queen bed. Convenient for everyone is a full bathroom on the main floor as well. Also, there is a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a full en suite bathroom. This loft area allows for privacy away while still being part of the whole group.
The lower level features a home within a home for added space and convenience. Downstairs you will find an additional living room area, which includes a sleeper sofa, plus two bedrooms and a third full bathroom. The bedrooms feature a queen bed in one and a twin-over-queen bunk bed set in the other. This allows the downstairs to serve as its own full home within the larger home, servicing multiple families in one home quite easily.
Outside you will find your own private hot tub and private deck to enjoy. Whether warming up and relaxing after a hard day of having fun on the slopes or taking in the Northern Michigan summer evenings and sounds, the whole family will feel recharged and in their own private getaway. The deck has a gas grill for your convenience, plus a dining area to relax the entire night away! No matter the season, this home is sure to delight!

Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing, and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals, and booking tee times for golf in advance. Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.
