UNBEATABLE LOCATION WALK TO THE BEACH RARE!!

Unbeatable location. I promise you can't beat this location. Easy walk to the beach which is rare in Marco. Please note most houses in Marco you have to DRIVE to the beach and it is very hard to find public parking and expensive. I have had people tell me they love my home because of the easy walk to the beach. The home is very comfortable and nice it is 3 bedroom, 2 bath and has a private pool and 2 car garage. The home is quiet and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were both remodeled in November of 2022 and the kitchen and all kitchen appliances brand new January 2025. All new flooring January 2025 Great private pool and quick walk to beach

We had a blast staying at this home on Marco Island! The newly updated kitchen was a bonus! We loved hanging out by the relaxing pool. Marco Island is a great, safe place to visit with family. Thanks, we will be back!

Great stay and 7 min walk to the beach

My family and I had a great stay during our 2+ weeks staying here. 7 minute walk to the beach right next to the JW Marriott. House was clean and owner was extremely attentive to anything I needed. Highly recommend.

Great location and stay!

The house was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. It is also right by the JW Marriott, which has some good restaurants and spa. The house looks exactly as pictured and even has beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was a bonus in addition to the beach. The property host was quick to respond to our inquiries and was very helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. You should stay here if you want a relaxing, quiet vacation!

Perfect Break

Great location next to beach and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. House also came with beach supplies such as chairs, coolers, and umbrellas. Host was great with communication and awesome overall. I recommend this property any day of the week.

Disappointed

We are avid renters all over Florida. Loved the location walking distance to beach and great restaurants. We were disappointed in the extras fees for pool heater and re filling BBQ propane that we were notified just a few days before arriving. Make it more convenient for the renter and include this in the rental charge (don’t make the renter go out and have it refilled) Also house needed updating including some serious electrical issues.

I can assure you there are NO electrical issues. This guest was unhappy because I told her there was a cost to have the pool heated as it is optional and she wasn't required to do the option. Please read the other reviews for a more accurate representation. There is absolutely NO electrical issues I can assure you.

Great stay - helpful landlord

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this property. House is ready for a couple upgrades (queen bed has seen better days) and the floor covering has worn off in a couple spots making it painful on little bare feet. But other than that, it was clean and in good shape. Nothing super fancy, but a great location for the price. It was great to be able to use tons of leftover rafts, noodles, beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, etc. from past guests. I'm sure that's hit or miss, depending on when you go, but sure made things easy for us. They even had paddle boards, (although not sure how easy it'd be to get them down to the beach :) We had some issues with wifi and while I didn't have the energy to get it figured out, landlord was incredible helpful and super responsive about it. Definitely a great spot in Marco!

Weekend in Marco

Location of the house was great, within walking distance of the beach and restaurants/shops. House could use some updates and extra cleaning - refrigerator was in need of repair especially. Island was beautiful and beach was superb. Loved our dinner at Oyster Society too - check it out for sure!

What a great place!

You cannot beat the location of this property! It's a short, 3 minute walk to the beach and local hotels. We also loved the pool. It was the best of both worlds. Since we booked last minute, we were unable to get a rental car. It wasn't an issue at all. If we needed transportation, it was an inexpensive Uber ride away. We would definitely stay here again.
