3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Parking was easy and convenient. Property was very clean. Location was nice with a great view of the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. Plenty of space for our party of 6 (4 adults and 2 children plus one fur baby). We left a valuable item in room. Property manager was easy to work with in terms of shipping it to us. Would definitely stay with this host again!

Amazing!!! Great staff made for a wonderful stay

Me and my group had such an AMAZING stay on Isle of Palms, all thanks to IOP Escapes. The team was incredible -- very quick to respond and helpful for maintenance! The property was great, too -- comfy beds, a kitchen stocked with all the necessities for cooking, and an AWESOME beach front deck and view (not to mention, the weather was great as well). I would 100% recommend anyone looking for a beach vacay to stay with IOP Escapes!

Our condo was perfect for our family of 6! Check in was smooth and the host was very helpful in every way. We had one or two small issues that needed attention and host got back to us within minutes. Maintenance was sent out in a timely manner and fixed the issues quickly. Our view was perfect and our walk to the beach was one of the easiest we've ever had--especially with two toddlers and all the stuff needed for them. Our 4-year-old grandson especially liked the bunk beds in one of the rooms. We visit IOP almost every year and will definitely choose this condo again! *Complex was small and not overcrowded like some complexes tend to be. Noise was never an issue--even with location near Coconut Joe's and public entrance.

The view was amazing from the balcony. This unit is on the side closest to Coconut Joes. You can hear their music but it was very nice and it was fun to people watch. The quiet hours were very well respected, so it was the best of both worlds. Loved how easy to access the beach. The rooms were very comfortable, and the bunk beds were very sturdy. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked. And loved that there was glassware, not just plastic. Coffee pot was fantastic and the fridge was nice and big. Also appreciated the elevator as it made loading and unloading easier. Overall - loved it! The parking was also nice to have an assigned spot as parking in IOP was very busy on the weekend.

Perfect location!

Right in the beach- enjoyed beautiful sunrises and beautiful beach view. Enjoyed family time, dinner at Acme and coffee and pastries at Cafe Paname- both within walking distance. Condo was well decorated and comfortable !

Great place to stay

The beds were comfortable and clean. The deck view was beautiful and the management company was very easy to connect with. Would definitely recommend.

Well appointed condo owner in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was an easy walk to restaurants, bike rentals and a great coffee shop. It is oceanfront and had everything we needed to enjoy the trip.
