Welcome!

My apartment has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. You'll enjoy an optimal location in the heart of our beautiful city of Bordeaux. The advantage of this apartment is its free covered parking, a real plus in a large city like Bordeaux. It's very bright, and in the evening, the city lights up, offering breathtaking views from the fifth floor where the apartment is located (with an elevator!).

The bright living room is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed and a television, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the adjoining dining table is ideal for communal meals. You can also enjoy Netflix.

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator, making it easy to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. All kitchenware and dishes are also provided.

The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms.

The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. I provide sheets and towels!

Air conditioning is available during the summer, from June 15th to September 30th.

The Mériadeck district, which emerged from a former district with no great architectural value, offers a vision of urban planning and collective housing from the 1970s. This lively and very commercial district gathers several museums around the impressive Palais Rohan (now the town hall), in front of which stands the majestic Saint-André cathedral and the Pey-Berland Tower, an isolated bell tower topped by a gilded bronze statue of Notre-Dame d'Aquitaine. Nearby, rue Bouffard is home to most of the best antique dealers and decorators in Bordeaux and the Musée des Arts décoratifs et du Design. From this street, you reach Place Gambetta, which offers a delicate English-style garden designed at the end of the 19th century.

From the station: At the "Gare Saint-Jean" stop, take the Lianes 1 direction "Aéroport Terminus", get off at the "Centre Commercial Mériadeck" stop (17 minutes)

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).%n%nThere is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
