Inside, the home is bright, contemporary, and ideal for your family and friends, with two levels of luxurious living space spanning 3,000 square feet and all kinds of unique amenities. The living room enjoys soaring, vaulted ceilings with skylights, a renovated fireplace, lots of comfortable furniture, and a grand open-concept design dressed with burnished floors and thoughtfully-chosen decor. The furnished private deck features a gas grill, perfect for those summer-evening family barbecues with friends. You'll find a mounted flatscreen TV with Netflix streaming in the entertainment area and a stunning full kitchen loaded with stainless steel appliances, miles of counter space, and even a center prep island, ideal for the family chef. You can serve up to eight guests at the handsome dining table with incredible water views while the dishwasher knocks out those dirty dishes.

Upstairs, the kids will enjoy playing Trivial Pursuit, Uno, and foosball or spreading out to watch their favorite movies in the game room. This home boasts six well-appointed bedrooms, with the first and second just off the main-level living room. The first bedroom has a four-poster queen bed, direct deck access, and water views, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower next door. The remaining upper-level bedrooms all have queen beds and unique furnishings. Spend your afternoons reeling fish from the New Meadows (a tidal river no less than 12-miles-long), then come back home to bask in pure luxury while catching up with old friends. (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
