The house was the perfect size for the 12 of us! Taking the boat to the beaches was the best part of our trip. Kids had a blast in the pool. The owner responds immediately to texts, he is great. Woudl recommend!

Beautiful location on the bay, many birds and fish, both sunrise and sunset are visible from the house. House was clean and well stocked. We prepared Thanksgiving Dinner for family and had all that we needed and plenty of room.

The house is right on the water and has an amazing view. The house had 5 bedrooms and only the master bedroom is en-suite. The other 3 bathrooms are not equally shared amongst the bedrooms, so that was a let-down. The 1st floor bedroom had 1 bathroom right outside it's door. Then the other 3 bedrooms had to share a bathroom upstairs or go downstairs to shower or wash up, so not ideal but we made due. A bathroom with the shower was in the laundry room off the deck with a door that has no curtains or way to shield yourself if you're changing out of your suit or showering.The house was really nice, plenty of room to relax, cook, and eat. The kitchen was well laid out and had most of the things you'd need or want. We were a little disappointed that the coffee basket had almost enough Keurig pods to have a cup of coffee each the first morning. The pots and pans and other kitchen equipment were plentiful, but some pans looked like they belonged in my son's dorm (scratched and dirty). There were also no sponges and only one dish towel. After letting the host know, they brought a new box of coffee supply to last the next 2 days and some new sponges.They also brought face clothes, hand and bath towels that were missing.One of our guests suggested the pool was dirty and we shouldn't stay in it. Not being a pool person, I didn't understand, but told the host so that he could remedy it. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub, but the instructions need improvements. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome house & location

Needed a house with big dock for a 44' Caymas that we were displaying at the boat show. This house was perfect for us, close to Marina Jack where the boat show was, and super nice. Will def try to stay here again next year!

Our family had the best time. The house was in the perfect spot. By the water but not in the hustle of everything else. The house is the perfect location to all the beautiful beaches around. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful spot, very clean

I stayed here with 8 friends on a golf / fishing trip and it was a really great spot. We had tons of space. The dock was great for fishing. The pool and yard were well kept and spacious I would highly recommend

Gem on the Bay

This was an excellent place to stay. Right on Sarasota Bay. Easy drive to Lido Beach and Bradenton Beach. Awesome house and fabulous pool. We will stay here again

Home away from home

Comfortable home in a beautiful setting. We didn’t want to leave. Perfect for 2 families with preteens and teens to stay, have fun, relax, take in all that bay life has to offer

Stunning property

Our stay did not disappoint! The pool is incredible, the house itself is gorgeous, and the views are even better. 10/10!

Florida Retreat

This property is gorgeous from front to back and side to side. We fished, swam, walked the gardens, we even rented the pontoon boat and went to lunch, saw tons of dolphins! Highly recommend this site
