House Majestic is a luxury Brand-New two-story villa, with 6 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Located in the beautiful Champions Gate, surrounded by gorgeous golf courses.

Our beautiful home has capacity for 16 guests, the open-plan kitchen looks over the combination dining and family room with all the comfort and charm you need. Our private pool is south facing so you can start the morning with a cup of coffee and see the sunrise and end it with a glass of wine looking a wonderful sunset.

Feel at home in this charming and cozy Villa. With its delightful and themed décor, our home will leave you with a lasting impression and unforgettable memories. The Villa is equipped with everything to make your stay as comfortable as posible, a kitchen well stocked with cooking implements. Enjoy an open floor plan, with plenty of space for family and friends. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, enjoy outdoor grill and a table at no additional cost.

Upstairs you have a spacious King size master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one Queen size bedroom also with ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with a Full/Twin bunkbed, a Mickey themed room with a Full/Twin bunkbed. A Star wars Themed room with a Twin Bunked. Downstairs you have one Queen size bedroom, all bedrooms with flatscreenTVs. Optional, add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool heated for an additional cost of $15 per day.

Things to Know:

- We provide a fully stocked kitchen, griddle, regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, tableware and serveware for many! We also provide glasses and utensils. Plus, everything is brand new and high-end.

- We provide all bedding/linens, bath towels, wash and even luxury basic hotel toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and bath soap.

- We provide limited amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies such as dish washing detergent and a small amount of trash bags.

- We do not provide laundry detergent

- Internet Speed of 200 Mbps

- Pets allowed, rules:
Pets are not allowed in the second floor; we provide a baby gates that can be placed to block off the stairs from dogs. Your will find the baby gates in the closet next to the laundry room. Excessive pet´s hair on beds, comforters or towels is subject to an extra fee of $260.00
