KER CASE A NOU is a magnificent farmhouse of 190 m², decorated with care located in Monterblanc in the Vannes countryside 10 km by car from Vannes, freshly renovated in a contemporary style for your comfort and well-being, it is the ideal holiday home for small stays as well as long holidays. In a hamlet surrounded by greenery and imbued with tranquility and tranquility, this large house is nestled in the heart of a beautiful landscaped garden of more than 1500 m² and flowered without vis-à-vis the quiet. This beautiful house has 4 double bedrooms and one room with 2 single beds and can comfortably accommodate 10 travelers. If you spend a few days or weeks in the Morbihan for professional reasons or holidays/weekends, do not miss to stay in this unique place!

Accommodation: The house is nestled in a splendid green setting, with trees, sunshine and peace and quiet.
With a total surface area of 190 m², it is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A very comfortable living room with TV, sofa, board games and a wood stove for winter evenings. The living room overlooks the outside, overlooking a large flowered garden with a large south-facing terrace this one is fully equipped, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, second terrace to the west with very nice garden furniture.
- A large dining room that can accommodate 10 guests with a large dining table.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc.
- A separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- A large double room with queen-size bed, a second with 2 single beds of 90, with a bathroom with shower and individual basin.

1st floor:
- A landing leading to 3 large double bedrooms, each with 140cm double beds and a bathroom with bath and double basins in a contemporary design with a view over the garden and a separate WC.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, with 4 double beds and two single beds.

The Cocoonr service:

Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* quality hotel linen is provided (sheets, towels, towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival. Starter kit oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, coffee capsules, tea, herbal teas, crockery product, sponge, toilet paper, towel all provided for the beginning of your stay.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Wifi connection, dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron, barbecue, garden furniture etc.

Optional independent arrival: Access to the accommodation is from 5.00 pm. Keys can be collected from a key box on site.
