Hi Lori! I'm unsure why the 3 star rating - you had mentioned the beds were very comfortable, and that our place is older and renovated (exactly as advertised). Would love to hear more details about what we can improve on with cleaning. We have our place cleaned between each guest as well as deep cleaned routinely. We did have fewer rolls of toilet paper than usual (usually we leave ~6 but had to leave 4 due to supply chain issues as we had discussed). We did reach out and were told you guys were comfortable and did not want any refills, so we did not disturb you. Best, Jonathan

Hi Sharron, I apologize that you were uncomfortable at our apartment. We do use cleaners with chemicals to clean as a standard - as we had mentioned upon your questions during booking. I encourage folks with sensitivities to cleaners to research stays that use only natural cleansers/natural oils before staying as we do a thorough cleaning between each guest. I'm glad we were able to accomodate your last minute change in plans due to not using the natural cleaners as your guests had hoped. We hope you enjoyed your stay in Arlington. Hi Maranda, I'm very sorry your group did not enjoy your stay. I recommend reaching out to a host for any problems in the future, it is difficult to be able to address any issues without communication. Rest assured, as soon as we received this review I had a deep cleaning done of the unit and our monthly exterminator came out and we did receive a clean invoice - no bed bugs. I'm very sorry for the bites - perhaps the windows were open? We do have mosquitos in the area being that it was raining. Best to you and your family. Jonathan and Paula

As mentioned guest didn't even "bother to message us back". My family and I lived in this very apartment for 3 years prior to renting it out and never had a problem with gunshots...... We also live next door to a police officer. That being said, our listing is clear for potential for noise as we are 2 blocks from the AT&T stadium and in the heart of one of the largest metroplexes in the United States. Disappointing that we reached out to the guest and offered multiple alternatives, but no response. In addition, I hired a deep clean individual to go over after the stay, and she reported that there was some dust under beds and couch but none of the other items mentioned were found. our place is the most economical price you will find for a 2 bed/1bath in this area of town. I understand it is not the Ritz Carlton, but we work hard to maintain and clean and are a small family business, so I am disappointed in the guest response.
