Spacious upstairs apartment 2 blocks from AT&T stadium within entertainment district (Six Flags, Texas Live, Globe Life Park, Hurricane Harbor). Entire apartment is for guests and offers an affordable, clean, and relaxing place to stay. Two bedrooms with queen size beds as well as a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with necessary pans/utensils is provided. Smart TV (no cable) allows you to enjoy your favorite shows via your Netflix or Hulu account. Wifi included to enhance your stay. Two free uncovered parking spots available with reservation.

Great stay for Cowboy fans

Arrived on Saturday afternoon, easiest check in process! Very clean and equipped with all necessities needed to be a home away from home. Host was extremely attentive and prompt with communication. Although we didn’t need anything but was reassuring to know host was readily available. We will definitely be staying at this location every time we visit for a Cowboys game! Highly recommend to our family and friends!

Perfect for the need

Thank you for letting us stay at your apartment. It was perfect for what was needed. My friend and I attended a conference in Dallas. This location was perfect. I was excited to be so close to AT&T stadium and it was a short drive to our conference. We enjoyed not staying directly in Dallas. The apartment was very clean and the property managers were wonderful to work with. They checked on is to make sure there was not any problems. Thank you again! We enjoyed it!

Against My Better Judgement....

The initial impression of cleanliness upon arrival was overshadowed by substandard maintenance and faulty equipment. The host's apparent lack of care and dismissive attitude towards previous reviews raise concerns about hospitality. The property's advertisement was misleading, failing to disclose cleanliness and stocking issues. Numerous cleanliness concerns were noted, including dust-covered baseboards and a mildew-covered shower curtain. Inadequacies such as insufficient bedding and kitchenware were evident, alongside safety hazards like missing switch plates. Faulty equipment like a non-functional lamp and moldy dishwasher basin were also problematic. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations for a rental property, reflecting poorly on the host's business practices and hospitality standards.

Not for ladies.

Truly within walking distance to Gate 11 of AT&T Stadium. Would not walk at night. Has washer , dryer and hair dryer. * entry door feels easy to kick down even with a deadbolt with somewhat of a crack between door and frame. * don’t expect any hospitality touches such as nice folded white towels, clean white linen, not even complementary bottle of water. * hot water but disgusting shower with old calcium and dingy moldy plastic shower curtain and one of those nasty squishy bathtub mats. * no soap ( just leftover bottles of liquid soap. * the grey and blue towels still had hairs from previous uses as well as the navy blue linens. One bed felt like it had a plastic cover under the sheets. * caked on dirt on the corners of the baseboards and this place could use a painting. I have stayed at much older homes that are truly clean and well cared for. Sad to say this is Overall not a good host.

HI Yadira, I'm sad to see you guys did not enjoy your time at our home. We sent several messages and were told "everything is great" so as hosts we had no way to assist in your concerns. As you've pointed out our linens are not white - our colors are navy blue and gray. Our soap is liquid rather than bar soap due to cleanliness. We do have plastic covers over mattresses - ie. mattress protectors for cleanliness. Our place is much older and we take pride in our cleanliness and recent renovations /new paint. In addition, regarding the door. We have traditional deadbolts on the door as well as brackets placed called reinforcement plates that literally are advertised to require >700lb of force to break in. I'm sorry that you guys did not reach out during the stay as we would have been happy to come to an agreement so you could enjoy your time here in Arlington. In the future I would definately suggest relaying concerns to the host instead of saying everything is fine and then leaving a 1 star review. Thanks, Jonathan and Paula

Location

Place was excellent for location. We were able to walk to venue. Whoever they use as a cleaning service needs to be fired. Pet hair every where in the apartment. Bedroom and living room. But the owners were responsive and showed concern. I would stay here again.

Hello John, We reached out several times throughout your stay to see if you guys needed anything, but unfortunately we did not receive a response. As hosts, we cannot help resolve any issues that we do not have knowledge of. We recognize our place is nothing fancy and we are transparent in our listing about the age of our apartments as well as the details of what we have to offer. Most folks have enjoyed being able to stay in a 2 bed with a full kitchen for a fraction of the price of a hotel - and just two blocks from the stadium!

The apartment is in a small four plex apartment. It is clean and nicely redone, but within an older building. We rent each of the four apartments out.

The AT&T stadium is only a couple blocks walk away and the other stadiums - including Globe Life Park are a mile walk away.
We are within the Arlington Entertainment district which boasts many bars, restaurants, and other activities. Six Flags Over Texas and Hurricane Harbor are minutes away. We are 15 minutes from the DFW International Airport.
