Hi Mike we are sorry that the unit was not cleaned upon your arrival. We do strive to have the units ready on time. This past year and actually 2 years have been a struggle to get employees.

Jamshidi, it's nfortunate to hear about your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Your feedback is valuable to us as we strive to improve our guest experience. We have addressed the cleanliness issues with our housekeeping team to ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each guest's arrival. We are also looking into updating the kitchen supplies and pillows to provide a more comfortable stay for our guests. Regarding your request for daily cleaning, you were told before you arrived, during your check-in, and during your stay, the daily cleaning service is not a service we provide. Photos provided of the condo clearly show the views available and it is more than just one window the unit has a very large balcony that overlooks the valley/mountains. We're glad to hear that you found the unit spacious, but we regret that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. -Casago Snowshoe Team
