Newly refurbished condo!! Just a two minute walk to the beach without crossing any roads. Renovations include new kitchen cabinets, appliances, granite countertops, main bath vanity and shower, Guest Bedroom vanity and newly remodeled hall bath with a new 3rd shower - perfect for families! New full size washer and dryer and newer furnishings throughout, plus a 50 inch SMART LCD TV in the living room and a 32' LCD TV in each bedroom, DVD for each TV, and new king size bed in 2024 and two queen high quality Simmons Beautyrest beds. Highspeed WiFi included. Extremely clean with all the comforts you expect. This is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy all of the wonders of Hilton Head - beach, golf, pickleball, tennis, shopping, restaurants, woods, lagoons, wildlife...

We have been coming to The Moorings for a handful of years now, but this was our first stay in this condo. We love the location to The General Store, The Dunes restaurant, beach, and pool. The condo was clean, with the exception of candy wrappers under the beds. The property manager stayed in good communication with us and attended quickly to any issues, including a large amount of water at the base of the condo steps from faulty landscaping. The furniture was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We did have to pay 35 for each car pass, which was a first. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We LOVE this property and Condo. This was the second time we stayed and will stay again for sure! Rooms are spacious, love the double porches, and big enough for our family of four.

Great location! The condo was spacious and just a short walk from the beach. We've stayed in several condos within Palmetto Dunes, and this has been our favorite so far. The unit matched the photos exactly, and the property manager, Mike, was responsive and took care of all our needs. We were there during a very busy time, and the area was quiet and relaxing.

This unit is updated, very clean, and the owner is very responsive. We have stayed at other units in The Moorings and this is our new favorite.

Perfect place

Family Vacation

WOW!! What a GREAT CONDO!!! We have stayed at MANY properties in Hilton Head and this one by far is our favorite. We LOVE Palmetto Dunes and this little piece of heaven is top of our list. Being steps away from the beach and the pool even closer makes this property top notich. The space of the condo over all is EXCELLENT!!! Our host and property manger easy to contact and take care of questions we had. Especially when the garbage dispoasl wasnt working. I contacted Tim and he took care of it and it was replaced by the next morning and running smoothly. We were so excited about the condo that i booked before we left for next year. This property will be the first one i look at if we go back before our annual family vacation.

Relaxing Week in HHI!

We had a great week staying at this condo. This was our 3rd trip to Palmetto Dunes, and this location at the Moorings was our favorite. So close to the beach and pool! Another Great Stay!

We come to HHI yearly and have stayed at this condo twice now. It’s in an amazing spot, and the owner is so friendly! Everything is very clean, super close to the pool/beach access, and within walking distance of the General Store. We can’t wait to be back!

Relaxing vibes abound!

We just had our second visit to this very nice property. It has a great location with easy access to the beach and the Pickleball Center. We love the comfort of the living space and the layout of the condo. The owner is very responsive and seemingly a very nice person. We love HH and feel right at home here.

Everything was perfect

We’ve stayed in Hilton Head multiple times in several different condos across the island but this location has been my favorite. Palmetto Dunes is so well manicured and has everything for a convenient and enjoyable vacation. And the location of this condo is ideal within the broader neighborhood. The beach is ~200 yards away and includes direct access to a beachside restaurant/bar. The pool is mere footsteps away. The general store is also a few minutes away by foot, and sells all the essentials like paper towels, wine, and ice cream, plus souvenirs. There’s also an outdoor outfitter near the general store that rents beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and fishing rods! Pickleball and tennis courts are soooo convenient, as are the golf course and driving range. So many great restaurants are also within 10 minutes by car. Some of our favorites included Alfreds, Lulu’s, Janes, and Lucky Rooster. The condo itself is laid out really well providing plenty of space. The third bathroom is a great benefit. Kitchen is very functional and includes all of the utensils you might need in case you decide to stay in and cook. I appreciated the desk in the main bedroom given I had some work to do. The washer and dryer are also a useful feature. The dual patios are the perfect place to have a morning coffee. Highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a vacation to Hilton Head. It became a core part of why we had such an outstanding week on the island!

There's no better beach community than Hilton Head Island. Our family has been making fabulous memories at Palmetto Dunes for years and we are excited to share the community with others. This condo is our getaway for the off season and has all the comforts of home with nothing but high quality furnishings and bedding. There are many other low end condos to rent, but this is our 'home' and we appreciate guests who also share our love for the beach community and higher quality and standards in living.

Location is fantastic! First level unit so less steps to worry about. Three minute walk and you're standing in the sand on one of the best beaches in HHI. No cross roads or traffic to worry about in this beach side community. The nearby Dunes House is a huge success with great food, great service and entertainment overlooking the beautiful beach.
