Fore! Enjoy your vacation on the 10th tee with gorgeous, panoramic views from the top of Apostle Highlands Golf Course. The open layout features two king bedrooms, two private bathrooms (one full and one 3/4 bath), and a full kitchen with all the basic cooking equipment and standard drip coffee maker. Keurig also on site for guests to bring their own k-cups. There is a gas grill with propane provided. The screened-in porch and deck overlook Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands. Cozy up around the stone gas fireplace during the Winter or enjoy 18 holes on the course if visiting in the warmer months. Linens, towels and basic toiletries provided. Beach towels NOT included. Internet is provided and unit is equipped with Smart TVs to log into personal streaming services, no cable.

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
All guests (and any visitors) must comply with all house rules and any other instructions from the property manager (Windseeker Rentals) during their stay. Guests must notify the property manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.
2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The vacation rental is suitable for children. Guests are always fully responsible for the safety and security of their children, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents on the property and in the Neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, and/or loss of rental paid.
3. VISITORS:
Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 day time visitors during their stay. Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceed; and that visitors comply with these house rules. Any additional overnight visitors MUST be approved in ADVANCE during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price.
4. FUNCTIONS:
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the vacation rental; and any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding the Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.
5. PARKING:
Parking arrangements at the vacation rental are as follows: Guests and visitors shall park in parking lot between Golf Course Club House and The Pines Condos. There is a driveway next to the condos that guests may back into for loading/unloading ONLY. You may use the carts provided.
6. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING:
Garbage and recycling may be left in the unit for housekeeping to remove after your stay. If the recaptacles are overflowing in the unit please bring garbage to dumpster behind the golf maintenance shed just beyond the parking lot. At no time will trash be allowed to be placed outside of proper receptacles. There are many wild animals in our area we do not want to attract.
7. SECURITY:
Doors are to remain locked at all times when not present in unit. Guests must switch off lights, adjust air conditioning, fans, turn off electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. It is not permitted to leave the air conditioning on high when Guests are absent from the Vacation Rental.
8. BALCONY AND/OR DECK AREAS:
Guests must supervise any babies and children at all times when using the Deck and/or Balcony areas. Do not move the deck furniture or scrape against decking.
9. SMOKING:
Smoking, burning or incense or burning of candles IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME either inside of outside any of our rental units. If guests are found to be smoking in or around the unit, a minimum of $300 in damages shall be automatically charged to guests credit card on file.
10. PETS:
Apostle Pines #4 does NOT allow pets. If guests are found to have unauthorized pets in the unit, a minimum of $250 in damages will automatically be charged to guests credit card on file.
11. BARBEQUE/GRILL:
There is a propane grill on site. Grills must be cleaned after guest use. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee. Please notify staff when propane is getting low or empty. Propane shall be turned OFF after use. Covers shall be placed back on grills AFTER they have cooled.
12. RECREATIONAL VEHICLES:
Are not allowed at this rental.
13. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES:
All damages and breakages must be reported to Windseeker Rentals as soon as reasonably practical. Failure to report them will result in deduction from damage deposit. To avoid damages and breakages, no furniture is to be moved from on room to another without prior agreement. No bathroom towels, linens, robes, etc. are to be removed from the property. Bathroom towels ARE NOT to be used for beach use or for kitchen use.
14. COMPLIANCE:
Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. The Owner and Property Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the vacation rental, any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the commuity.
