Visit the lively village of Valbonne, the gourmet restaurants of Mougins, the perfumeries of Grasse, Monaco and the old town of Nice, St Paul de Vence - the home of impressionist painters and now a center of contemporary art. Stroll along the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, join the jet set on the Croisette in Cannes, or take the superb journey to Gourdon and then down the Gorges du Loup.

You can also just sit in the summer lounge, with a glass of chilled rosé wine, by the pool & soak up the stunning beauty of the view. Villa Canastel is a place to take at your own pace.

Housing

Villa Canastel is both modern and heir to Provençal architecture. Its garden is made of Mediterranean essences. Its annex (summer living room, summer kitchen, summer dining room) right next to the house will comfortably accommodate all guests. It has a capacity of 9 people. The winter living room gives access to the large terrace & the outbuilding, from which you can enjoy an exceptional view of the Grasse valley. The area is quiet and will offer you the ideal context for a particularly relaxing holiday. The house has a gym (bike, elliptical, rowing machine, kettle-bell, dip-bars, Video Netflix) and a 1Gbit fiber optic Internet connection (580 Mbits measured) with guest Wi-Fi access.

Accessibility

The villa has a large enclosed private car park (remote control gate) that can accommodate up to 3 cars. A car is recommended to access local attractions, but the village of Chateauneuf and its commerce is within easy walking distance. The entire property including the swimming pool, the garden and the accommodation is exclusively accessible to the inhabitants of the house.
