- Small events may be approved on a case by case basis. All events must be approved in writing prior to booking this property.
- Our HOA requires a registration form that must be submitted by Thursday at 4pm before weekends and holidays.
- We are a dog friendly home. Please let us know if you are bringing one. There is a $50 fee per dog. We do not allow cats.
- Renter must be over 25 years old. This home allows a maximum of 10 adults. We do not permit sleeping on sofas or furniture without prior approval. Depending on size of group we may require a refundable damage deposit.
Vacation Rental Liability Waiver

By booking this home, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

1. The Property includes use of many amenities which could pose danger if not used responsibly - including our backyard which has woods, a sauna, firepits, exercise equipment, and games such as ping pong, foosball as well as access to communal amenities such as a swimming beach, two kayaks for the lake, basketball courts, tennis court, and playground.

2. You are also aware that your stay at the property involves risks that may result in serious bodily injury and/or death. Some of the risks include drowning, falling, sports injury, slips, trips, falls, cuts, adverse weather conditions, the acts or omissions of guests or visitors on the property during your stay, and the condition of the property. You understand that the description of the risks in this Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risk.

3. In consideration of being permitted to rent and stay at the property, you agree on your own behalf, your family, any and all guests, and invitees that you are fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. You hereby release and hold harmless the owner, host and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives.
