My name is Beatrix and I am the owner of unit 710. I bought Unit 710 in the Summer of 2020 and completely remodeled it. I already own two rentals www.vrbo.com/38943 and
www.vrbo.com/55480. Each unit has over 190 5-star reviews and my customers are very happy about the quality of rentals I offer. My new unit 710 has been remodeled to my standard. My renters appreciate the fact that I do my own cleaning and the cleanliness of the units!

Villa- two bedroom, two bathroom,1180 square feet, screened in patio, lots of privacy, designated parking in front of the unit. St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Resort is a gated community half a block away from the ocean. No need to cross the main road.
Less than 10 minute walk to the beach.

The Villa is located right behind the pool (heated in the Winter)!

The grounds are very attractive. It is located on Anastasia Island, in historic St. Augustine, the nations oldest city.

Smart Lock Key less Entry- You chose your own code for your rental which is only valid for the duration of your stay. This makes a walk on the beach so much easier without worrying about losing the key. This modern experience will provide you with more safety and security and peace of mind!

The villa is all one floor no stairs to climb to make your stay even more comfortable. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully accessorized.

We provide a regular coffee maker and a Keurig single brew Coffee Maker!

The dining area includes a table and chairs that seats four. Connected to the dining area is the living room with a couch (queen size sleeper couch with new 4.5 inch memory foam mattress) and love seat. We offer you a 42 inch VIZIO TV with XFINITY HD, over 140 channels and access to XFINITY On Demand. Netflix is also included!! A DVD will guaranty you a nice and relaxing evening on the couch after a day of fun in the sun!

The screened in patio is furnished with a table, four chairs and one lounge chair overlooking tropical palm trees. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with connecting bathroom with walk-in shower. It has access to the patio and a very spacious walk in closet. The master bedroom has a 19 inch LCD TV.
The guest bedroom has twin beds and it's own bathroom.
Linens and towels are provided.
Full size washer and dryer are in the villa.

The owner lives in town and is always happy to give you tips on restaurants, shopping, golf and etc.

Tennis at the Atlantic Beach and Tennis Club is available for an hourly rate, with 10 clay courts (eight with lights). Tennis lessons are available with the Club pro.
A massage therapist is available.

The Beach and Tennis Resort has a outdoor Pool heated in the winter. The pool is right in front of your villa!


The owner lives in town and is always happy to give you tips on restaurants, shopping, golf and etc.

St. Augustine Stay: Perfect Location and Charm

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this villa! It was clean, comfortable, and incredibly accommodating for our family. We especially loved having the pool right outside the villa and being just a short walk from the beach.Beatrix made us feel so at home, and we truly appreciated her hospitality. Amazing property in a beautiful city!

The property that is described on this site is even more beautiful and centrally located than indicated. It was everything we wanted and MORE! As first time visitors to Saint Augustine, we were unsure as to where to stay. We took a leap of faith and booked this property. Could not be happier! Beatrix, the owner was easy to get a hold of, the property was as clean as any place I’ve ever stayed, beautifully upgraded, and very close to the beach. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a good time with a great location and minimal interruption or maintenance. And the beach was just spectacular. We will definitely be going back and will certainly be staying here when we do. Simply beautiful!

Property is beautiful, clean, includes everything you will need for a stay. Beatrix was very welcoming to our family of 5 to provide amazing family memories. Beatrix was only a phone/text away if we need it her which we never had any issues. The condo/villa has all kitchen commodities, beach chairs, umbrella, surfing boards, movies, cleaning supplies in every bathroom, laundry ready to use. There is absolutely everything at hands. Parking literally next to the beautiful pools under the most amazing oak trees. We definitely wants to come back. We felt in love with St Augustine and this property. Perfect Family Vacation Spot

My family stayed in this villa for our first vacation to St. Augustine. Everything was perfect! The check in process was very simple and Beatrix left plenty of brochures, maps and the clubhouse passes for us to use during our stay! The villa had everything you would possibly need and there was no need to bring any additional household items from home! We brought a double bed sized air mattress for our third child to sleep on and it fit perfectly at the end of the beds in the second bedroom! This way my husband and I could still finish things up in the kitchen and living room after the kids went to bed. The parking was very close to the villa and the pool was just steps away! Although we could walk to the beach, which we did in the evening for a quick dip in the ocean, we decided to drive to the beach during the day when we planned to stay awhile because of all our stuff! Overall, it was the perfect place to stay for our family and we will definitely stay again when we return!

Quiet, comfortable, affordable.. just about perfect!

Excellent location, nestled right next to the beach but close to two grocery stores and just about anything else you could want. It is an easy short walk to the beach. Or you can drive right onto the beach for a small fee, the beach access is on the same road. It is right next to the pool, under a canopy of trees. Nice wide parking spot located close to the front door. The property was immaculate and smelled fresh. AC works very well cooling the property quickly. Nice sized rooms and common areas, while it is a smaller unit, it doesn't feel small or cramped.Nicely decorated and very very well equipped. They have most everything you'll need for your stay. A closet full of extra towels, sheets, and beach accessories such as beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. The unit is tucked in the corner, just a neighbor to your right. The covered porch is private with outdoor seating, a table, and a lounge chair. Excellent communication from Beatrix. Sent over very helpful maps, access, and rules for the property well before our arrival.

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this villa! The villa was nice, clean and well equipped and has key less entry to make check in and out very easy. The pool is right across from the house and the unit also has a membership to the Atlantic Beach & Tennis Club with another 2 pools (one inside ), a gym and tennis courts. Downtown St. Augustine is 12 minutes away by car and grocery shopping 1 minute. We would like to return soon!

June Family vacation

If you are looking to spend your vacation in the perfect condo with an easy walk to a pristine beach, you definitely need to check out this condo. It’s the cleanest and best equipped vacation spot I have had the pleasure of renting in a long time. The landlord is very professional and cordial and has gone to great lengths to ensure that you will have access to all amenities that you will possibly need to make your stay memorable. It was a pleasure staying here. There was absolutely nothing that we longed for.

This home was as clean as it gets. Everything was Tidy and neat. We felt right at home. We had everything that we needed and more. Love the walks to the beach. Very clean and convenient to everything

We had a great time during our stay. We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect for the 4 of us to enjoy the beach, restaurants, etc. The place was very clean and neat. Amazing Stay!

Had a wonderful time. Condo felt like a beach cottage. 5 min walk to the beach. 15 mins or less drive to attractions. Even closer to stores & many restaurants. Hair/nail salon & masseuse just beyond the gate. Owner thought of everything, making our stay enjoyable. From hair dryer to iron/ board to beach chairs to kitchenware, it felt like home staying here. Beginning with the ease of communication with Beatrix, who was easy to reach and very helpful...The location of the property was perfect, just a few minute's walk to the beach. The house was impeccably furnished and decorated, and everything one would need was available. All we needed to bring was our personal items and food. The house was super clean, and I have to say I am a very picky person with cleanliness, and this house made me feel at home. I will definitely stay there again!

Excellent home!!

This rental was exactly as listed and Beatrix was wonderful to work with. Just a short walk to the beach in a very quiet community. We had a great time and hope to be back soon.

This property was fantastic. Location was great. It was close to attractions but far enough that the beach was not crowded. It was a quick easy walk through the beach club to the beach. The property was spotless! It was cleaner than my own home 😜. It was very well equipped. There was no need to make a quick store trip for any essentials as they were all there. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.
