Sunny, Stylish Carriage House

Welcome to my private carriage house retreat! This stylish and quiet guesthouse with a blend of old farmhouse and modern features is a block from the heart of the Del Ray neighborhood. Separate from the owner’s home, the sunny second-floor guesthouse combines privacy, style, and convenience to nearby shops and restaurants. Features a kitchenette, stylish sitting and bedroom with tons of light, heart pine floors, bathroom with radiant floor heating, high-speed internet, and ample storage.

The kitchenette has two hot induction hot plates with pots and pans, but there is no oven; a microwave; a refrigerator; and a Keurig coffeemaker and drip coffeemaker. There is a washer/dryer all-in-one unit in the kitchen (detergent below the sink).

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The radiant floors in the bathroom are great!

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

And would appreciate taking shoes off in the apartment (there's a basket for shoes under the rack at the top of the stairs). Please don't place shoes on the couch (I know, commonsense!).
