This home is nestled in a primarily residential neighborhood, home to many long time locals. Feel like you are a true part of the St. Augustine Beach community!

St. Aug Beach's top eateries - Sunset Grille, Beachside Diner, Mango Mango's, Stir It Up, Beachcomber, Jack's BBQ, The Taco Shop, Cafe 11, Salt Life, Purple Olive and many more! This home is especially close to A1A Back 40 Beachside.
This gorgeously renovated apartment itself, upstairs, sleeps 3 comfortably in 1 Queen and 1 Twin daybed. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and cookware! The TVs in the living room and master are Smart TVs, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. They also have basic cable.
Laundry machines are in the unit's downstairs laundry space, shared with the downstairs full time tenants. Two outdoor couches with cushions are situated on the patio deck overlooking the ocean view.
The Layout:
MASTER BEDROOM: 1 Queen.
2ND BEDROOM: 1 Twin daybed.
Bathroom: Full bath with walk in shower.
PARKING: You may park 1 car in the driveway on the Pelican Way side of the house.
Must climbs outdoor stairs to second floor to access the apartment. Full time tenants live downstairs.

**Please note:
1. Laundry room is shared with first floor tenants who do laundry 1x per week, usually on Saturday. Please be considerate of others and they will be considerate of you. Do your laundry, then please clear the area when complete.
2. We have 2 exterior cameras that focus on the street in the front and the back of the house. These cameras are for your security as well as the security of the tenants living on the 1st floor.
3. This home is on septic. Single-ply toilet paper only please. It is important not to put grease or solid foods of any size down the kitchen drain, and no foreign objects or paper towels down the toilet.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $49. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.
Guest Access:
Entire space of upstairs apartment ONLY is included in this rental. Must climb outdoor stairs to second floor to access the apartment. Full time tenants live downstairs with small dog. Please, make yourself at home upstairs.

WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.

There is a Ring camera on the front exterior of the house overlooking the street and front yard, and a 2nd Ring camera overlooking the back of the house, the driveway and the street. We only have these 2 exterior cameras. They are in place for your security and the security of the home.
There is a home that very recently was built across the street and partly inhibits ocean views, but not completely.
Single-ply toilet paper only! This home is on septic, so the plumbing is very delicate.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
