This lovely home located in the beautiful forested Spring Mountain Ranch subdivision is just a few minutes' drive from Payette Lake and downtown McCall – close enough for convenience but just far enough away to be an oasis of quiet and calm. Be sure to bring your clubs, as the property is located near the McCall Golf Club which offers some of the best golf in McCall.

This two level, four bedroom and three bath home can accommodate up to twelve guests in comfort. Newly furnished from top to bottom, there is a private place for everyone. Open living space with picture perfect windows lets the woodland outdoors in with plenty of natural light. There is living room and bedroom access to the large deck perched at the tree line where guests can enjoy the large hot tub and soak their cares away. With comfy deck furnishings and gas grill, many a meal can be enjoyed outdoors.

Don't be shy - bring out your inner chef in the beautifully equipped kitchen. Gather 'round the table in the dedicated dining area for a special meal or spirited conversation, or seek culinary inspiration at one of McCall's fine dining establishments where "mountain casual" is always in fashion.

This quiet neighborhood is the perfect place to take a leisurely stroll or bicycle ride, or just relax on the deck and watch the deer forage their way through the trees. The Spring Mountain Ranch neighborhood boasts its own club house, seasonal pool, fitness center, and tennis court – all available for guest use. The property is just five minutes from backcountry access off of Lick Creek Road, as well as Ponderosa State Park with its public beaches, boat launch, and trail system abundant with wildlife.

There is no cable/satellite TV at this property. Guests may sign into their own streaming services to watch TV.

This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
