The property was good and as described. We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was well stocked with many seasonings. Be aware that It requires going up 2 flights so don’t choose this if you cannot do stairs.

Cozy! Amazing place right near Canyon Lodge

Great Condo!

We had a great stay! Beds were super comfy and beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of stairs leading up to the unit but we didn't mind. Would have liked screens on the windows for fresh air without worrying about bugs flying in :)

Close to Canyon Lodge

Property was less than 5 minutes from Canyon Lodge, which was super convenient for dropping off and picking up skiers. Location was close to dining and shopping. Need 4WD and/or snow tires and/or chains in winter because the area gets very icy.

Great place

Location was perfect for us. The garage is a plus. You do have to climb stairs to get to unit but not a problem for us. The unit was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms are very nicely updated and stocked. Cozy living room and the heat worked very well. Would definitely book again.

Excellent location, excellent stay!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Property was exactly as promised. There are two flights of stairs to enter the condo, but it was no problem. The hot tub was not hot at first, but a quick call to the management fixed that within the hour. It was so great to have a garage to park in, everyone else was using snow shovels to dig out from what we saw. My family was able to snowboard directly back to our unit. Thank you for a great stay!

A very cold stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was cute and close to Canon lodge!The only problem we had which was major was the owners set the heater to 61 with a pass code and all night it would turn off and reset to 61! They didn’t provide us with the right code and we froze for the 2 nights of our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been to Mammoth many times and stayed in many different buildings up there - i have to say i was really surprised by the Ski and Raquet club - location is great, really great - we skied home which i haven't done before, the property LOOKS terrible, and as i climbed the stairs to our unit i was worried, the common areas are a bit tatty, but the actual place is a gem - warm, clean, well equipped, new showers and bathrooms, close to Canyon,with a good jacuzzi and a little sauna for asterwards. The people who rented it to us were responsive and cared about our happiness. A decent kitchen with good utensils meant that ours was the little place that people came round to rather than us going to them. There was one tiny downside, which was that while we were there the WIFI didn't work, which i think was a temporary outage and i am sure they will get fixed.

Nice place close to Canyon lodge

Nice condo 10-15m waking distance to Canyon Lodge. Description is accurate. One spot in the garage. Very clean. We’ll stocked kitchen, plenty of puzzles and games provided. Big TV and comfy couch. Memory foam beds were comfortable. Plenty of blankets. Nest thermostat controlled heaters worked well. Steep hill up to the property can get icy, but wasn’t a problem with Spring conditions. Very steep steps up from the garage to the second floor might be a challenge for some (unit is on the 3rd floor) , but wasn’t a problem for us. The internet connection was down even though WiFi was working during our entire 3d/2n stay. Called property management and they checked into it. Quick reply and follow-up. Said it was a broader outage, but never came back online. Cellular coverage was good enough as a backup.

Great Stay

We had a great time exploring many of the lakes that Mammoth has to offer and using this as home base. The condo was nicely done and perfect for our family of 6. It had everything we needed and was super comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and spa that was part of the condo complex. It was in very easy driving distance to the Village and brewery. The one downside was we were there during a heatwave and it was in the high 80's and no AC. Since the condo sits on the 2nd story above the garage it was very hard to get the upstairs of this rental to cool down. This rental is two stories as well- so the downstairs would cool off but the upstairs never cooled down. I know this is nothing the owner can do but just know this when booking for summer months. The house was equipped with fans for every room. The windows really need screens, so bugs don't come in since we had to keep the windows all the way open the entire stay. All in all it was great and would definitely come back to this rental during winter since it has very deep garages for every unit!

Great ski vacation rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this unit! Very well decorated and perfect for a family. Furnishings were clean and well thought out. We really appreciated the little touches like the throw blanket for the couch, puzzles, and even food storage containers for leftovers. It felt like a home vs a rental unit. Typically we drove to Canyon lodge, as the walking was too far for kids. Adults could do it. It is located up a large hill, so would be cognizant of that. We picked up a car in Las Vegas and snow tires were not an option and we struggled to make it up the hill when it was snowing. We paid significantly less than friends who stayed closer and sub-par lodging, so we would certainly stay here again. We also found the beds to be good quality, which again is often rare in vacation rentals. The unit is on the second floor. It means it has a nice view from the windows, but it is up two large flights of stairs. Our kids range from 8 to 16 and had no issues - but I could see how it would be a challenge with very young kids to get up the stairs after a long day of skiing.

Nice Condo

This condo was nice with newer bathrooms, which was a treat. Maintenance issues were met with a great reaponse times, although the fireplace was broken for the whole trip, a minor disappointment for a ski trip. Biggest issue was the location relative to the mountain. Its a short walk to the canyon lodge area which is great. However, walking back, the walk up the driveway to the comdo is hard to describe. Its a very long and very steep driveway that is a challenge for even the 20year olds in the group. One day, it was covered in ice which was especially challenging We found a shortcut on day 3 by taking some stairs for the condo area next to the Ski & Raquet condo area - 109 stairs to be precise. Thats a lotta steps but was easier than the driveway walk. Next time we would try to avoid this location, for that reason. Otherwise everything was great!

Even better than expected!

The location cannot be beat. Easy access to the slopes and covered parking. The stairs from parking to the unit are a little tough to navigate with a small child but we were prepared for this based on other reviews. We will definitely stay here again.

Cozy condo, close to Canyon Lodge and Chairlifts

Stayed 2nd week in April for our kids spring break. The kids age 7 and 9 stayed in the room with bunk beds and Nana, my mother in law slept in that room with the kids in the queen bed. My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom. Beds were all comfortable, new mattresses. Condo is updated, newly renovated. Fully stocked, everything works, plenty of instruction. Kitchen is well equipped, utensils, plates, pots and pans, good coffee maker, knives , pretty much everything. Living room and dining room area, plenty of space and comfy couch/chair. Board games for the kids and adults. Ski Closet near kitchen was handy to hang wet ski gear. Heat seems to work well, showers and bathrooms all newly remodeled and nice. The condo even has a filtered view of the ski area. Location was awesome, especially if your skiing or biking. A 5 minute walk to canyon express. Since we had a low snow year the ski back trail was melted out already, so we couldn’t ski back but there was an easy walking trail that came up from the base of chair #7 by the tennis courts and right toward the condo. Faster than driving. Negative part was the stairs, it’s basically on the second floor. 20-30 stairs going up and down. Fine for us , we’re not lazy. Even 72 year old Nana, had no issues. It would only be a problem for a disabled person. Another issues was low clearance of garage. We have a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder with a small ski box. Fits our small garage at home. We were 3-4” to tall for this garage. Not a problem there’s a spot outside and our second car fit in the garage. Overall, great place, great location, good price, we would recommend and consider coming back in the future.

Close to slopes condo

Condo had new finishes and the layout was good. Wish the cleaners were more thorough upon checkin. Found random hairs on bed and pillow before going to sleep the first night.

Great Mammoth Condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this place was clean and stocked well for all necessities and best part was how close it is ( walking distance) to Canyon lodge. there is garage for your car with is a plus. we would have loved to use jacobi but it was empty and closed ( probably due to covid) we will use ready 4 rentals again for sure.
