The Space:
The condo is located in Esmeralda Resort, one of the newest resort on sandy beach. Perfect for a family or friends getaway with smart lock for an easy access and gated parking with security 24/7 on premisses. Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans for cooking along with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, and pepper, bath towels, beach towel, bathroom amenities and much more. Relaxation abounds!

-The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, nightstands, 45" flat tv with streaming service, has easy access to the private bathroom with a hot tub just across the bed for a total privacy, and access to the balcony.

-The second bedroom has also a king size bed, nightstand, spacious closet and easy access to the private full bathroom.

-The dining area has a beautiful dining table set to seat 6 people with beautiful views to the beach to enjoy meals.

-The kitchen area has wooden cabinets with complimenting neutral colored granite counter tops with built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven. You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, wine glass, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt, and pepper.

-Living area is comfortable furnished, has a 55" smart tv with apple tv service, a cozy coffee table with amazing views and easy access to the furnished balcony.

The condo has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron, iron board, beach towels, and laundry room.

The resort is still under construction but that will not counter the experience and relaxation that this new resort offers.
