🛏 FLEXIBLE LAYOUT

The villa is rented with a minimum of 5 bedrooms (up to 10 guests). For additional guests:

6 bedrooms = up to 12 guests

7 bedrooms = up to 16 guests

8 bedrooms = up to 18 guests

9 bedrooms = up to 22 guests

👉 For example, if you book for 10 guests, you will have access to 5 bedrooms and 5 beds; the remaining rooms stay closed. For 22 guests, you will have the entire villa with 9 bedrooms and 11 beds.

Please always specify the number of bedrooms and beds you need in order to receive the exact price.

During Christmas and New Year’s: the villa is exclusively rented with all 9 bedrooms for a minimum of 22 guests.
