For outdoor enthusiasts there are 2 Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses nearby (Bahia and Pacifico) as well as outstanding tennis courts, wellness facilities, and beach clubs. Las Marietas also features a community swimming pool, barbecue area, and fitness center for residents and guests. Other activities include surfing, kayaking, cycling, water sports and boat trips.

Premium Punta Mita Membership (GOLF) includes access to Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Porta Fortuna (SUFI) Beach Club and the new El Surf Club at La Lancha. (fees apply)

Additional fees apply and access is prioritized for hotel guests for access to St. Regis Beach Club.

We offer VIP Concierge services which include pre-arrival planning (transfers, groceries, menu selection for meals, activities and general information on the area), reception with complimentary amenity and onsite assistance. Our offices are located 10 minutes away from the Villa, allowing us to answer any request for housekeeping or maintenance immediately.

All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your reservation is confirmed.

This rental includes daily housekeeping, which includes the preparation of a delicious home cooked family style meal (breakfast or lunch) (cost of food not included) and the use of a 6-seat golf cart.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund.

We would also like to inform all guests that, effective January 6, 2026, all Beach Clubs will implement a Minimum Food & Beverage Consumption Policy and the below one off payment for each guest for the duration of your rental.
