Betsey, so glad to read you enjoyed the home and the views! Paradise is also how I typically describe the home in one word as well. I appreciate the feedback on the amount of towels, becasuse prior to reading this from my experience and prior awareness, I was under the impression there were more than 2 towels per bathroom, especially when considering the towels left on the beds left in decorative animal shapes. I know our property manager uses a third party linen/towel service. I will discuss with them options for increasing the towel count per bathroom, thank you!

We are happy to read your overall impression on the home was beautiful and you enjoyed the space and decor! Additionally, we appreciate the constructive feedback. In regards to the dryer not working during your stay, my sincere apologies, as the owner I was not aware and I've instructed the property manager to refund $300 back to you for the inconvenience. Some of the items you mentioned were already observed by the property manager and have been addressed but for those that haven't already been addressed, they will be taken care of promptly. Again, we are happy you enjoyed your stay, we appreciate the feedback and please accept the $300 refund as our apology for the dryer inconvenience. Robert, thank you for your feedback. Certainly we want to make Beaches & Dreams the ultimate destination on Anna Maria Island, and if there is one thing preventing that we want to fix it. Based on your feedback regarding the pine needles we've been working on a solution, and we've accomplished 3 things that we believe will significantly help. First, we reached an agreement with the neighbor to greatly cut back the pine trees close to our property and they allowed us to cut down more than a dozen of the large branches this week that were close to our house. Second, we have increased the professional outdoor cleaning service from 2x to 3x per week (MWF). Third, our pool service will continue 2x per week but now with a high level professional grade new pool net we just purchased. Finally, we would love for you to enjoy the home again, but without the pesky pine needles so we would be happy to extend a $500 credit to you on your next stay with us at Beaches & Dreams.
