Parchment-toned tile extends throughout the living area, kitchen, dining room, and bedrooms. Glass doors, large windows, and coastal décor add to the cozy ambiance. The open living room features a leather couch, matching loveseat, two accent chairs, a decorative rug, coffee table, and white credenza with a flatscreen TV. Sliding glass doors open onto a balcony with beach views. An outdoor table and chairs allow guests to watch the waves, while savoring a delicious meal, tasty snacks, or casual drinks. In the dining area, six modern chairs surround an elegant, glass-topped table. A spacious kitchen faces the living and dining rooms. The kitchen includes granite-topped counters, stainless-steel appliances, white cabinetry, and a breakfast bar with stool seating.

The master suite features a king-size bed, glass doors overlooking the Gulf, access to the wraparound balcony, and a luxury master bath with glass-walled shower. The cozy guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and is decorated with beach accents.

As an Edgewater guest, you will have access to all the amenities provided by the resort. These include two swimming pools with Gulf views, a hot tub, Tiki Bar, poolside grills, an on-site fitness center, basketball and shuffleboard courts, and a playground.
