During this period to provide better service to our guests, and provide access to the SOHO PV rooftop.

This brand new 1,120 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in Pier 57, a new lifestyle building in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Experience the fusion of modern living and comfort at PIER 609, a sleek 6th-floor condo designed for those who appreciate style and convenience in equal measure. The apartment is located less than 3-minute walk from the beach. This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom on the 6th floor (the building has 7 floors apartment comes with an open-plan kitchen and living area.

The space
As you enter PIER 609, you'll be immediately struck by its open-concept design, blending the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms into a seamless and stylish living space. This layout not only enhances the sense of spaciousness but also fosters a social and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen is a modern marvel, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and sleek countertops. It's a space where cooking is not just a necessity but a pleasure. Fully equipped: Stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher... Utensils, dishes, and glassware in 10 pieces, enough if you receive visitors!
We also provide coffee, sugar, kitchen oil, paper towels, salt and pepper.

The living room, adjacent to the kitchen, features comfortable seating and contemporary decor, making it an ideal spot for relaxation or entertaining guests.

The condo boasts two elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with a plush king-size bed, promising a restful night's sleep. The unique aspect of these bedrooms is their flexibility; they can be easily enclosed with sliding doors, offering privacy when needed while maintaining the open and airy feel of the condo.

The condo features two bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The bathrooms are a blend of style and functionality, equipped with high-quality fixtures and luxurious L'Occitane products, adding a touch of French indulgence to your daily routine.

The condo also features a bay window balcony, a delightful extension of the living space. Here you can step out to bask in the fresh air and take in the views from the 6th floor, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to your stay.

Unlike any rooftop in Puerto Vallarta. It contains a state-of-the-art infinity pool that offers panoramic views of the bay and the city. Sunken lounge area with fire pits and Jacuzzi. There is an amazing bar with great cocktails. You can relax in the rooftop library and pool cabanas. It’s perfect for sunset while enjoying the awesome views. The rooftop includes tanning areas, 2 Jacuzzi, palm trees, and an ocean-view gym.
The building has 24-hour security staff.

Situated on the 6th floor, the condo offers both a sense of elevation and easy accessibility. Guests can also enjoy the building's amenities like the gym or rooftop pool, enhancing the comfort and enjoyment of their stay.
Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym.

The building also offers a gym, pool, bar, and terrace rooftop.

For your comfort also, we work in the area from 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday and 9 am to 1 pm Saturdays. Anything you need we will be ready to quickly assist you!

Important Notes

*SECURITY DEPOSIT
-On arrival, we ask for a $1,000 USD security deposit, refundable at check out in case of no damages (It has to be done at check-in with a physical credit card), otherwise, we send the confirmation email with the pre-check-in form and can be paid online. (Both methods will be returned 3 days after checkout.)

*PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS:
Allowed on the property (small or medium size, $120 USD Pet Fee per stay).

CHECK-IN: 3 pm,
All pertinent information regarding the door code, WIFI, etc. will be provided via email on the day of the check-in. If you want early check-in please let us know via the guest portal or contact us directly. There is a fee for early check-in.

-Face-to-face or virtual check-in is available to you, you will choose this through your guest portal upon booking your reservation with us.

Face-to-face includes you contacting us and telling us when you will be arriving at the property so that we may greet you in the lobby.
-You will sign an agreement to follow the rules of the building, this is mandatory.
-We will take you to your apartment and answer any questions you may have. If you would like we will also give you a tour of the rooftop pool area.

Virtual includes that you can arrive anytime after 3 pm.
-When you arrive in the lobby you will be required to sign an agreement to the rules of the building.
-Then you may go to your apartment which is accessed via doorcode.
All pertinent information regarding the door code, WIFI, etc. will be provided via email one day before the check-in.

CLEANING: Daily cleaning is included in your reservation.
-The cleaning services are available from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Need to schedule through your guest portal or by contacting us directly.
-Cleaning is not available on Sundays or holidays.
-Cleaning services include: making the beds, sweeping and mopping the unit, programming the dishwasher (dishes should be inside), and providing clean towels.
-Cleaning does not include kitchen cleaning.
-If you would like the housekeepers to clean the kitchen or wash the dishes it has an extra cost of $50 USD per day.
-Dirty dishes or kitchen after check out will be an additional cost.
-Any extra cleaning service that you might need during your stay can be provided for an extra fee, just ask in advance.
-If the apartment is left extra dirty there will be an extra fee applied after check out dependent upon how long it takes for the cleaning team to return the apartment to its normal state.

AMENITIES
-We provide some courtesy beverages upon arrival (you can find them inside the fridge) they are free and they are only provided once at check-in.
-We provide L’Occitane soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion as a courtesy during your stay. Please don’t take the amenities at your checkout otherwise you will be charged per bottle.
-We provide five-star hotel towels and bed linen for your comfort if we find stains that cannot be removed or any of those missing we will charge the cost of each object as new to replace it.


CHECK OUT: 11 am
All pertinent information regarding the checkout will be provided via email one day before the checkout. If you want a late check out please let us know via the guest portal or contact us directly. There is a fee for late checkout.

-At your check-out, we will ensure that everything is correct at the apartment (this means there are no damages or missing objects), that’s why we ask you to respect your check-out time, otherwise, if you leave the flat and we find anything unusual, we will charge through your reservation.
-Our check-out time is at 11 a.m. If you need more time please get in touch with someone from the team to check if it’s possible. Late checkout has an extra cost through your guest portal.
If you leave the unit after 11 a.m. without notice we will apply a penalty fee.

VISITS
-Visitors are allowed, but only two people at a time.
-Visitors cannot stay at night to sleep.
-Visitors should be authorized before arrival. Please send us an email or message with the following information: Your name, condo number, visitor's full name, and time of arrival.
-Visitors should respect the condo rules.
-If you have more than two people visiting without permission, we will apply a penalty fee.

GENERAL
-Parties are strictly prohibited.
-Volume of music should be kept at a low level.
-We reserve the right to evict any guest who does not comply with the rules of the unit. We also reserve the right to fine for inappropriate behavior.

We are available from 9 am to 6 pm for any questions or concerns you may have. In case of a water leak, fire, or other emergencies please call us or the local authorities as you see fit.

Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.

If you require Airport transportation we have a suburban available for $72 USD. You can book this service from your portal.

You can also reserve for 50 USD our private parking from your portal (50 USD for your stay, 24/7 Security).

All pertinent information will be provided to you one day ahead of time by email. If you have any other questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
CLEANING

• Schedule cleaning from 9 am to 1 pm (no Sundays) with your concierge.
• Optional daily service includes bed-making, sweeping, mopping, dishwasher setup, and fresh towels.
• Kitchen cleaning costs an extra $25.
• Extra services available for a fee if requested in advance.

CHECK-OUT

• Leave by 11 a.m. to avoid a penalty.

Great Place on 6th floor
Nice unusual kind of place. All open concept with sliding doors for inside walls. Balcony is small and gets the hot sun until 2pm or so. All widows face south and get the sun until 2pm. So shades have to stay closed for most of day. With the shades closed it does not block out the morning light very well for the king bedroom. The queen bedroom walls darkened pretty good. Both showers need shelves for soap, shampoo and such things. Items have to be placed on floor as is. The smaller bathroom has NO WHERE to set anything. Even edge of sink is to small for a bar of soap. Shelves and hooks would be very helpful. Maid service was almost every day. They were in and out in under10 minutes doing light cleaning and making beds changing out towels. . . Had a few issues with the smaller bathroom, but they were fixed kinds quickly. A keyless entry door would be a nice upgrade at little cost. . As with all this new condos, the roof top pool was the best. The best of it was there was a bartender on duty to serve drinks.. (cash only bar) You pay the bill at the end of each day. Everyone was very nice and friendly during my Jan 28 - Feb28, 2022 stay.

Gorgeous property with a few missing items
The condo and the building are beautiful, and with an unbeatable location close to restaurants, stores, the boardwalk and water taxis that will take you to the best beaches! We could have used items like a shower bench, drawers for clothes, a microwave, full length mirror, storage on the second bath and we could never figure out the washer. The rooftop pool was the best for sunset views and chilling. We loved this place for all 9 days and plan to be back soon!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Valentine’s weekend!!!! ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS I WILL NEVER CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY WHEN IN PUERTO VALLARTA! It is the best in all aspects: the views, the cleanliness, the location (walking distance to EVERYTHING), oh & the rooftop is to DIE FOR! Literally breathtaking! We got stuck here due to the ice storm in Houston, Tx but we were not stressed about it at ALL bc we were at Pier 57! Fatima accommodated us everyday our flight was cancelled! Don’t think twice about this one, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!
