Our condo is so cozy and comfy you won’t want to leave! Just steps away from the beach and directly across the street from Convention Center. We are close to many restaurants, ice cream shops, Jolly Rogers, surf shops and the famous OC bar Seacrets! No need to bring Beach chairs, we provide 4 Tommy Bahama chairs for your convenience. We are steps away from the beach! You can hear the waves in the morning while drinking your coffee!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
1. This condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with one parking space (additional public parking out front of condo
2. We do not rent to high school seniors or parents booking for their children
3. This is NO smoking permitted of any kind in the condo

5. We do not supply sheets and towels.

Very clean and decorated beautifully, walking distance to beach is a plus since there is no pool. Will likely stay here again. Check in was easy and Gina was an awesome host checking on us to see if we needed anything throughout our stay.

Highly recommend

The condo was adorable. The place was clean and well put together. Owners were super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Directly across from the convention center and location was perfect for walking to near by restaurants and activities in the area. We will definitely be back to stay.

Fantastic condo in perfect location

Gina’s place is great! The first thing that struck us is how clean it was - we actually kept our shoes off in the property it was that clean! It has everything you need for a great stay and is a couple of steps from the beach. Check in was super easy and we loved our stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo, great location!

Stayed here for a weekend with my sister and it was perfect! Condo was very clean, plenty of open space and Gina was a great host. Location was on point, lots of food and shopping near by.

My husband, my 3 year old son and myself stayed at this property and had a great time. It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owner was amazing and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here.

Great property and location!

We loved our stay at the Lobo shack 2!! Gina couldn’t have been more helpful and was always quick to respond and pleasant. The property was well maintained, right on the beach and close to everything. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely rent again from Gina!

The property is very clean, furniture is nicely placed in the the rooms. Has got all the necessary items that you need for a comfortable vacation. It is located few steps from the beach, so we could just take couple of chairs and go there. Check in process was convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

Wonderful condo !

Gina's condo was great!! Super clean and beautifully decorated. This condo is in prime location with the beach right there an walking distance to almost everything! Gina went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed from early check in, providing us with beach chairs and recommending places for lunch/dinner. We had such a nice stay and slept well on the very comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend Gina's condo for a weekend or longer. You will not be disappointed.

OC is a great beach to visit! Our condo was very clean and bed very comfortable for a good night sleep after a busy day on the beach. The owner’s provide the convenience of home and they were accessible to quest. Enjoyed the ocean view block as well as the friendly atmosphere. Easy access to beach too! Highly recommend the unit!

From the time of booking to checking out (even extending our stay by a day) Gina has been a serious pleasure to communicate with! I would gladly stay here again. Perfect spot!

We were in Ocean City for Dance Classes/Competition at the Convention Center. This beautiful and clean condo was in the perfect spot to walk back and forth multiple times a day. It was also only a short walk to the beach! The owner, Gina, was very attentive and kind. She let us know as soon as the condo was ready (even before check in time!). And checked in throughout our stay to ensure we were happy. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. 10/10 would stay again and highly recommend!

Annual Family 4th of July Weekend Trip

My family truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was so clean and spotless that we felt at home and adopted the same rule we have at home of no shoes inside. The decor was cozy and inviting. I was truly satisfied and pleased with our decision. Gina was easily reachable and responsive when needed. We are a family of 4 that loves the sun, surf and atmosphere of Ocean City. We decided 3 years ago to buy a condo and we loved it so much that we bought our neighbors! We have updated this condo with fresh paint, decorations, furniture and new carpet! We can not be there all of the time so we decided to rent our condos so that other families can enjoy our little slice of heaven as much as we do!
