The bunk room hosts 2 twin-over-twin bunks, holding up to 4 people! Soccer getaway

Property had easy access to the interstate/highway leading to different parts of southern Utah but far enough to not hear the sounds of traffic. The place was clean and well equipped with towels for the hot tub and supplies for eating.

Southern Utah Charm

We stayed for two weeks in this lovely location. It’s located just 32 miles West of Zion National Park - a magical place. You are barely outside of St. George with access to all kinds of “activities”. The trails are awesome in St. George/Washington. A must see is Snow Canyon too. The management at this property was outstanding. They went way beyond their means to create a clean, healthy, safe environment for my husband who has terminal brain cancer. This townhouse needs just a few updates - blinds, fresh paint. However, we enjoyed our stay.

I liked the location of the property, as it was close to the freeway and both recreational facilities. Property was clean and it had everything you needed. I liked the downstairs bedroom as well as the two upstairs rooms. Air hockey was fun for the kids and the hot tub was great. The roku tv wasn't my favorite and I would have liked to see cable TV. Oh well can't have it all. Great Rental! Quiet, spacious, and well maintained. Highly recommended if you are in Southern Utah.

Nice location - property needs investment

This is the third condo we've stayed at in this neighborhood. The location is fantastic, and that's why we keep coming back to this area. The condo itself is in a great location, and the space was great for 4 adults and 3 children. The management company was also very responsive, so this review is no reflection on how quick they were to respond. When we first arrived, we had steaks to throw on the grill. Unfortunately the grill was out of gas, so we had to have the manager bring us a fresh propane tank. They had us a full one to us in an hour, so that was acceptable. The grill itself did not have a grill cover, which I thought was strange, as it rained every day we stayed in this condo. Our friends had issues with the upstairs shower in the larger bedroom. The faucet wasn't working smoothly, so our friend had to take showers in the "kids bathroom" which kind of defeated the purpose of having a third shower. It worked, it just took a ton of muscle to adjust, so it was easier to use the other upstairs shower. Another issue we had was the thermostat. It was set on some programmable function that we were not able to stop from kicking on at 5:30 a.m. The upstairs thermostat would kick on and wake everybody up until we shut if off. Every morning it did this. The downstairs one for some reason wasn't preprogrammed and we didn't have issues with this one. The worst part of our stay was the beds. The mattresses on both of the king beds were shot. I tried to make it work for two of our four nights, but I ended up making a "bed" on the floor using spare sheets as a mattress. My wife slept in the middle of the king bed, but if she rolled to one side or the other, she would get trapped in the deep indentations on both sides of the mattress. These are past the point of needing to be replaced. Our friends had a similar issue with the king mattress in the upstairs master bedroom. His spouse ended up sleeping on the small upstairs couch as it was more comfortable. If anyone in your group needs a firm and supportive mattress, I would not recommend staying at this place until these are replaced. Outside of those issues, we did enjoy our time here. It was well stocked, the hot tub was excellent condition, and the location can't be beat for access to different parts of S. Utah.

Note to owner/management

As your furniture and amenities get old and non functioning, they need to be replaced. Not acceptable when recliners are broken and the BBQ is totally rusted out. Had we been there got a week or two as we usually are , we would have requested a different unit.

Needs Updating and Repair

This home needs a great deal of attention.Furniture is old, ratty appearing and uncomfortable. Springs have been weakened. Back door insulation needs replaced and door refitted. Even though closed and locked it blew open under strong winds. Seats on most toilets need to be tightened. And the tank on the one in master bedroom. also needs tightening. Kitchen cookware & dishes were well stocked and quality. The responses from RedSands were timely and appreciated. Thanks for the garage door opener.

Great vacation stay

Very spacious and nice amenities for our trip. We were two couples and a dog. Neighborhood was nice and though we were there during Thanksgiving, it wasn’t noisy. We did not use the pool area but it appeared to be quite popular. Great communication with the management company about extending our stay a day and a little assistance with the entry code.

Nice place, close to the Hurricane riding, zion, etc.

Nice place, good location, classic st. George modern vacation rental, would happily rent it again. Lots of space/beds for people, well set up. Only very minor complaints are dull knives, beds so soft your feet are above your eyes (some people must like this as a lot of VRBOs seem to have very squishy beds?). When that's all you can find wrong then clearly it's a great place to base. Garage is decent sized for toys, nice to have secure storage. It's about a 20 minute drive to the downtown St. George or the west side, but closer to the Hurricane riding (gooseberry, Jem, Holy Guac etc), Sand Hollow and Zion. You can also go for a quick hike up the small rocky ridge to the east from the property, and connect into running paths etc. easily. Pool and hot tub enjoyed by kids.
