The balcony and pool were under construction and available to us. The description noted it but it was hidden in the description. That very important information should have been highlighted in the headline description.

We would like to clarify that the balcony restrictions and temporary pool limitations are clearly disclosed in our listing description prior to booking. This information is not hidden, and guests have access to the property details before confirming their reservations. These restrictions are part of a building-wide renovation project managed entirely by the condominium association and are outside our control. While we understand that construction may affect individual preferences, we strongly disagree with the suggestion that the information was concealed or misrepresented. We remain committed to transparency and encourage all guests to review the complete listing details before making a reservation.

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

My group and I had the best experience ever!! Not only was the property perfectly clean, but the decor was simple yet fun (plus lots of storage space for belongings). The balcony view was breathtaking. The owner is extremely responsive and kind. I would never book anywhere else if I return to Miami. YOU NEED TO BOOK THIS PLACE!

Stole our money! Be advised of this place!

This host refuses to give us back our $200 deposit after we left the place clean and only said weā€™d get it back if we reviewed 5 stars. The bathroom door is BROKEN! Doesnā€™t close the couch is so unstable I fell and it caused a bruise the next morning. We couldnā€™t even stay inside the apartment the 2nd day because the key fob didnā€™t work even for the elevators. The host still hasnā€™t given back our money and called us liars when we had video and photo evidence of it all! Also the window panel doesnā€™t go up at all in the middle. Truly disappointing and a crook. She also tried to charge us $250 deposit and quickly changed it back to $200 when I called her out on it. Another thing was when we asked for the deposit back she said we had to meet her in personā€¦.

This guest did not even show up. She send someone else without the ID. This guest is never welcome back! All she looks for a refund from the first moment. I am sorry but there is no free stay.

Very Clean, and Great Locationā€¦Terrible property manager.

As stated in the title, great location in downtown and also a clean apartment. Aside from that, the property manager was terrible and unresponsive. The first night that we arrived, the digital lock on the closet door would not stop beeping, assuming because the batteries were low. We reached out Esma to figure out how to fix this because it was making it impossible to sleep. By the next morning, she still hasnā€™t responded to our inquiry of how to fix the beeping sound. So we finally decided to try and stop it ourselvesā€¦we simply took out the double AA batteries that powered the lockā€¦no more beeping. They refused to give us our $200 deposit back and they said it was because ā€œthey found the closet door lock brokenā€ā€¦which was completely untrue and all that was needed is to replace the batteries. Our check out was on Sunday morning, so we spend an hour or 2 cleaning every inch of the apartment, as to avoid any issues with cleanlinessā€¦the cleaning lady had a minimal job to do once we checked outā€¦the only thing that we are guilty of if waking up late after 10am check out and didnā€™t end up checking out until 11ā€¦. The posted rules (even posted in the apartment) stated that for every hour that we are late to check out, a $50 fee would be addedā€¦we checked out 1 hour late and Esma figured that, that was enough to keep our entire $200 depositā€¦.stay here at your own financial riskā€¦like I said everything about this property were FANTASTIC!!!! Expect for the managementā€¦so I would play it safe and find a different property in the same areaā€¦ Iā€™d even go as far as to say find an identical or very similar unit in the same hotel (The W), just not the owner of this particular unitā€¦.thanks, I know I rambled a bit, but these types of detailed comments are the ones that I appreciate.

Terrible guest. All lies because he asked for free late check out at 2pm. I never recommend this guest. Left the place dirty and smoked inside the unit.

Excellent view, fabulous 2 bedroom apartment

Love love staying as part of W Hotel as we usually stay there. Communication thru text was great, room was clean, kitchen stocked and rare to find a two bedroom!

Great location and beautiful view

Loved staying at this property with my wife. Views from the balcony are one of the best I've ever seen. Place is clean and comfortable. Owner is very responsive and flexible. Loved the pool, hot water tub and all other amenities. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Wonderfull Location

This spot was beautiful! Had a great view, was very spacious, and location was perfect. Seamless check in and out process. Also able to enjoy all the amenities provided as well! Will definitely stay here again!

Nice place and kids friendly

Absolutely loved staying at this property for our spring break. Kids love it. The owner is very responsive whenever we have a question. It's clean and comfortable, beautiful view as well. very close to Wholefood , that helped a lot!

Stay @ W Residences Brickell

This is a wonderful unit and I HIGHLY recommend. Property Manager/Owner is very sweet. Nice furniture & comfortable beds. Great views & access to amenities. Only ā€œnegativeā€ if being picky, the tub/shower is unique & the tub motor has a mind of its own (scared us several times). We are all 6ā€™+ & getting in/out tub wasnā€™t the easiest. Overall, loved tot and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay and save. Very Family friendly as well Iā€™m the residences
