Located in the heart of Pouilly sur Loire, just 50 meters from the banks of the Loire River, Christophe will be delighted to welcome you to this charming detached house, ideally situated with direct access via the A77 highway.

Pouilly sur Loire is a privileged village known for its terroir, vineyards, and natural reserve. Just 15 minutes away from Sancerre (voted as the Favorite Village of the French in 2021), close to La Charité sur Loire, Nevers, and only 2 hours from Paris.

You'll be in a quiet area yet close to amenities such as restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, and beauty centers, with a market held every Friday.

The house can accommodate 2-4 adults (1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed) with parking available in front of the house.
