The main floor boasts a spacious Living room adorned with 20-foot ceilings, a cozy rock fireplace, and a massive sectional couch perfect for lounging after a day of seaside adventures and enjoying your favorite movie on the big screen or lose yourself relaxing on the large balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and mountain views, perfect for outdoor dining or morning coffee.

Entertainment options with two Family Rooms - one conveniently located on the main level between the Living room and kitchen, complete with a bar with seating for 4, large screen TV, and balcony that overlooks back patio. Second Family room is on the first floor with TV, game table and comfy sofa. Double doors that open to the back patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Food enthusiasts will delight in the well-appointed Chefs kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up culinary delights, including an oven, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, and a Nespresso, plus plenty dishes, utensils, and cookware. Gather around the dining room table, which seats six (with an option for eight) and the bar has seating for four.

The primary bedroom on the third level is perfect for relaxation, boasting stunning mountain and sunset views, a private balcony, and a comfortable king-size bed. The bath features an extra-large soaker tub, separate walk-in shower, and double vanity.

The first-floor features two large bedrooms, one with two queen-size beds and the other with a king-size bed, ensuring ample space for the whole family. Take advantage of the indoor laundry room stocked with beach towels, and rinse off the sand in the convenient outdoor shower with warm water.

Each room in this house has its own Smart TV with Spectrum and any other streaming options (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon.) Home as Wi-Fi as well.

This house has plenty of parking, with a garage and parking for 4 cars in the driveway.

Please be prepared to provide details of all guests and dogs. 2 dogs maximum, please. Guest will be charged if extra cleaning is required). A vacation agreement and copy of ID is required prior to receiving access details for home. Vacation agreement will be emailed via DocuSign. ID must match the booking name. Additional fee of $25 per person for over 8 guests, including children. Absolutely no parties - quiet respectful guest only. We respect our year-round neighbors. Guests should be prepared to keep noise level to a respectful level so that neighbors are not disturbed. We appreciate your cooperation.

Home and linens are professionally cleaned after every stay per CDC guidelines.

**Pet Policy
Dogs must be pre-approved before booking (max 2). Non-refundable pet fee added through VRBO. No grass on the property—park is just a lane over. Dogs must be housebroken, travel-ready, and not allowed on beds or furniture. Please bring bedding/crate. Guests are responsible for any damage, carpet cleaning if needed, and must pick up after pets (extra cleaning fees apply).

Cleaning Fee and pet fee are non-fundable.

SECURITY: For security purposes, we have security cameras on the perimeter of the property. Exterior only and NO cameras inside of the home.

Please note we collect a 10% Occupancy Tax that is paid directly to the City of Ventura for all stays less than 30 days.

** Please tell us about your group and pets when submitting an inquiry, so we can respond as quickly as possible! An owner vacation agreement is required and will be sent to guest after booking. A copy of ID is required prior to receiving access.

As a condition of booking approval, the primary guest must respond directly to the host within VRBO’s 24-hour review period. The guest must confirm the total number of overnight guests, whether any pets will accompany the group, and that the home’s size and sleeping arrangements are suitable for the stay.

The host may ask reasonable additional questions about the reservation to confirm that the property is suitable for the guest’s intended stay. Failure to provide the requested information within the 24-hour review period will result in the booking request being declined for noncompliance with this requirement.

These requirements are part of the property’s published House Rules, apply equally to all booking requests, and support VRBO’s 24-hour booking-review process.

Once the booking is confirmed, the primary guest will receive an owner’s vacation rental agreement, which must be signed and returned before arrival. A copy of the primary guest’s valid identification is also required before property-access instructions will be provided.

Ventura also offers local hiking, bike trails, golfing, wine tasting, small breweries, plus day spas and much more.
Santa Barbara is only a 30-minute drive. Here you can enjoy many restaurants, bike rentals, the Zoo, the Santa Barbara Mission, concerts, wine tasting and art shows.
